Constantly feeling fatigued?

Yes it pretty bad here. This is why I also ask q lot of question before my fist cycle, cause its nearly impossible to get hormones tested, because first you need an appointment so if i get gyno or somthing its possible to get a date in a year :D
Test cycle? What age are you?.. You could do an online hormone panel to get a baseline before starting? Just to see how your levels look pre and post cycle and just see how your liver etc are all coping

Ah ok.. Lgd 4033?

Online panel is just company's who send you a test kit and you send a finger prick of blood and they test all your levels.. Test levels.. Estrogen.. Liver values' Kidney function etc.. Its worth the money like

Yes split shifts.. 6-10 in the morning and 6-10 at nights (only on 3 nights i do these) so some nights i finish at 10 and am back awake at 4.30 so it's very short for sleep. I do come home on those days and go to bed though and try fit a couple hours in.

Im not sure if the shifts would have this sort of impact? Its a weird sort of energy drain. Very lethargic. Weak muscles. My digestion has also been very poor so I'm not sure if i am getting proper nutrition? Just feels like food isn't digesting proper. Stomach cramps alot. I do still eat frequently and i have a good enough diet. I have dropped my training back to 4 times a week.

I will see what the bloods say and go from thier. I have an appointment on the 29th of March for bloods so i should get results in a couple weeks

6-7 hours isn't really enough especially if you're working out intensely.

I had the same problem you're having, It was only once I got a minimum of 8 hours a night and made sure at least 90 minutes of deep sleep that I could feel a difference in daily alertness.
