confused what is diesels fat burner

u mean Ready4war? No. Its like this in order of effect for:

DIESEL FUEL thermogenic (1st), 4th for energy

Ready4War caps (2nd for energy), (2nd for thermogenic)

NCP (3rd for energy), 4th as a thermogenic

JP8 (1st for energy, 3rd as a thermogenic
____

Now mind you that doesnt mean the product thats not 1st for a specific effect isnt good, its just probably not designed for what you are asking, like R4W doesnt have the directions to be used as a thermo and is a little strong on the energy side to take 2x a day like DIESEL FUEL, same with NCP.

yeah u would use the DIESEL FUEL before am and mid-day meal, unless u workout AM or mid-day.

When I want to cut I take DF am, and mid-day (2x2), then JP8 1 1/4 scoops preworkout (about 2-4 pm).
