Thanks, a bunch of my online PL buddies are tearing me up on setup and remaining tight, but I know I'm improving.
 
I don't know much in the pwr lifting realm. Shoulders pulled down and lats flexed, good arch and feet planted and you should be gtg.
 
Hit 190 lbs today, kinda getting fat, but it's worth it. It's really impressive how long you stay pumped and vascular with Condense. This was taken 6 hours post workout. The picture doesn't quite do justice.

Short sweet and to the point. Was a really good workout with a strong money set and a good pump. 1.5 scoops apple Condense worked wonders today.
Ran out of storage on my phone so the vid stops after 6 reps unfortunately, the last one was an epic battle to the top.

Thanks bro, was a big day in the gym added weight to rows and lat pulls too. A good day of deads tomorrow and I will feel like I really crushed this first cycle of 5/3/1!
 
Looks like you have found a nice groove Rando. Keep riding it and let's see where she goes. Make sure the food and rest are keeping up with the pounding you are putting your body thru.

I've heard that a half scoop of MM and a full of Condense is beast mode. If you can get your hands on Grape MM with apple condense, or I think Fresh fruit and cherry limeade would go well with melonberry cooler. Purus product synergy is a cut above the rest.
 
Nice work! The thing I focused on was the head phones poping out during the set. Happens to me all the time!! I never use straps - I think without using them you develop a beast grip but at higher weight I think you need them.
 
I only use the straps for the final working set. That is mostly because I want to make sure I finish my set and don't fail because of grip failure.

Thanks man, grip is something I'm working on, just got some captains of crush grippers, I've been using them for about 10 days and seeing gains. 350 was the most I've gotten raw, then to be able to grip it for 2 more is pretty good for me.

I pretty much always use straps. Especially on pulldowns and rows. I was always told that your forearms shouldn't be able to keep up with your back muscles. To each his own though just thought id throw that out there lol
