Anybody heard of Con-Crete creatine? I need some good stuff, not too expensive, that I can take without having to go into a diabetic coma with sugar. Suggestions welcome.
Only thing I know of Con-crete is it is on the expensive side. I use Kre Alkalyne which is a step up from mono. You don't need to spend alot on creatine. KA does the same as regular mono but without the bloat and you don't have to take so much of it.
