Oh snap! Where in Nassau are you at? I'm from out next to Stony Brook, but always surprised how many people I meet from NY all over the place. Hell I have a grade 7 student this year who just spent the summer in Great Neck. Couldn't freakin' believe it (halfway around the world, so the scale of that coincidence is crazy). My wife even has family living in Queens, but if you've been around there you know Asian relatives living in Elmhurst is...believable :)

Once also ran into a college buddy from up in New Paltz randomly at a nightclub here at one point, and then a dude I used to wrestle with in college just showed up at TWBJJ academy for a week or two (he was Taiwanese by blood I guess, but still crazy). One thing I've learned repeatedly living here: the world is both way bigger and way smaller than I would have imagined.
 
Tremors are a phenomenon relegated to b2 agonists, whereas tachycardia is due to b2/b1 homology and a more selective b2-agonist may display less of an effect, along with a drop in diastolic blood pressure. N-Coumaroyldopamine has produced an effect when used solo in various doses, and I'm not exactly sure by which mechanism it acts, but I know that multiple other reputable testers have noticed the stimulant effect as well. It is possible that at enzyme saturating doses, it can effectively elevate dopamine.

We always suggest sticking to label recommendations. I've personally had great results at 4 caps daily (2/2).

Is the general consensus that Versa-1 should be stacked with something else in order to get the full effect? I heard people say that it amplifies their PWO drink, but is it generally recommended to stack it with something else that works well for an individual for a synergistic effect? A friend of mine tried it solo and didn't get much, but people seem to give great feedback when used with other stuff (vascularity, focus, etc).

All I know is I just finished a run of c20, versa, prime, OEP and ephedrine. (Still on the OEP+prime+ephedrine... But dropping the c20 and versa, I've experienced an EXTREME drop in that killer instinct and insatiable energy I had to crush weights and life in general lol.

I'm already on a stack of c20, versa 1 and 1 carboxy. Love the leaning out effects and still and the same body weight. Lean mass gain is what it does :)

Sounds like the words of a man who will be taking advantage of the fact that both of those are half price right now :) :) :) . Thanks for your thoughts! If anyone else has experience running Versa both with and without other supps, please chime in as well with your comparison.

BTW, did you notice a drop in vascularity and in-gym focus from dropping Versa as well?

Yes to vasc... Focus is always pretty good... But definitely heightened w versa just that killer instinct

Awesome to know. I was expecting focus to be a big change due to the citicholine in Versa (which I haven't tried, but I can find nothing but good things from people who have used it). Honestly, I was expecting it to be a 50-dollar-per-bottle supplement in which case it was going to have to be amazing to be worth it, but there are constantly great sales on Nutra that make it a much more appealing option to try. Any trouble sleeping (if you dose in the later part of the day?) Thanks!

Personally no. Not sure about anybody else. I even take c20 With my final meal of the night and can be asleep within two hours. Versa should be taken pre workout.. Even if u work out at 8 or 9 pm or whenever u do it.. U gotta eat and digest etc lol so sleep shouldn't be coming anytime near versa dose IMO

Haha yeah I hear ya. I'm not the best sleeper in the world as is, but I do take a PWO and am able to sleep 5-6 hours later without a problem (with sleep aides, of course), but some supplements have me up all night if I dose them after 4-5PM even without any stims, so I figured it would be good to ask. Thanks man! Might be worth a try :)

Just to confirm, Compound 20® should not cause any CNS stimulation. I've taken it late at night myself with no issues. :)

My fault for getting off the original topic; I was referring to Versa due to citicholine. I was unfortunately a non-responder to C20, but haven't tried Versa so I guess you could say it's a supplement of interest ;) . Thanks for the reply though!

Same with test powder.. I had to dose pre bed once bc I forgot my shaker and tub at home all day/night... Actually got great sleep that night lol

USPlabs TEST Powder® doesn't contain any CNS stimulants, so it shouldn't keep you up. I often suggest a scoop (or full serving) pre-bed for those prone to GI issues from DAA. The mucuna pruriens (standardized for L-dopa) may help with sleep quality.

Yea it's just funny bc when I take it pre workout I always get amped up! So i was surprised with pre bed but I wasnt about to miss a day lol
 
I'm surprised you feel asleep taking that stuff man! That's crazy! There is so much in it for real! Haha that's too funny. What else do you take consistently? Protein at all?

Oh, whoops! I should have read back to your original post. Sorry! I think it would be best to take it earlier in the day or pre-workout. The citicoline will probably be fine. I take it throughout the day by itself, including late at night. I think the aegeline if anything could keep you up. It would be fine taken before an evening workout though. I don't see any reason why someone would want to take VERSA-1™ immediately before bed anyways.

Exactly as Breezy said. It's also not uncommon for people to notice better sleep taking it before bed.

The latest I would be taking it would be 5 hours before bed, so seems like I would definitely be safe. BTW, can you link me to some info on Aegeline if you have it? I don't know much at all about it. Hey usp guys and whoever else...

I'm noticing (having been off since sept 30th now after 8 weeks on) two things food related:

1- I'm filling up when I eat very quickly... Not able to pack as much down in a sitting which isn't good since I follow IF

2- I'm not tolerating carbs as well as I was on the c20

Physique related:

1- losing vascularity and my lower belly fat is starting to re-accumulate despite no dietary or training changes

I miss this shti! And November can't come soon enough!

I'm doing weeks 5-8 of prime on 69 protocol (9caps 3xweek, 6caps off days and cardio days, 1 day off)

I'm using ursobolic 9caps daily as I respond well to it and wanted to keep e2 in check with a mild, non suppressive product

50-75mg bronkaid per day with OEP original and coffee

Anabolic pump

Hghpro (wish I was using powerfull but had this stuff on hand and needed to be economical) but noticing a big difference between the two.. Pfull has my heart now.

+ Staples

The euphoria strength and energy and vascularity with prime, c20, versa, pfull, and EC was bananas. I was using test powder as well, and taking one cap of pfull at bed. When the TP ran out, I upped to two caps pfull and there was a week period where I felt absolutely incredible like I was on cycle

Now I know what my go to stack is
