COMPLETE NEWB question about Oratropin

Okay, before I start spending hours upon hours researching Oratropin and all the other chems put out by IBE... I have three questions that I would like answered...

1) COuld one say that Oratopin and the like are safer/safer alternatives to the AAS (winny,fina,deca,test)?
2) Does oratropin/igf-1 require PCT like steroids?
3) Can oratropin/igf-1/hex be used as standalones, or do they need to be stacked with AAS (small dosages) to get any results.


Only thing I really know about the above, is that I believe I read somewhere that they actually make new muscle cells, instead of going the protein route like AAS.
