Common ingredient effective dosage guide

Hey y'all, so many times I've seen posts from newcomers on "how does this product look?" And it has like 2 grams creatine and 1 gram beta alanine in it (or something like that). Therefore I thought it might be helpful to post this guide as a general rule of thumb for most common supplements (85 total I believe). Although the guide is not perfect and some may disagree with a few, it appears to be pretty accurate and quite useful in general. For those that are curious see the link below. Hope this helps some of y'all (particularly those new to supplements)

Nice article!
However, I think that probiotics should be taken on empty stomach, not with food

Thanks! I agree although the probiotic I have says with or without food. Perhaps depends on the strain? I also notice that the ashwagandha doesn't specificy extract. 600 mg of KSM66 is drastically different than 600 mg of sensoril. Overall pretty good starting point though and I'd say the majority of the recommendations are decent!

If the capsule is enteric coated, then no difference. If not, the stomach acid may kill the majority of the probiotics.

Interesting. In general best to take with food though to be safe? Thanks for the insight!
The opposite. With food there's a massive amount of acid in the stomach, destroying the probiotics. Better to take with empty stomach
