Hey y'all, so many times I've seen posts from newcomers on "how does this product look?" And it has like 2 grams creatine and 1 gram beta alanine in it (or something like that). Therefore I thought it might be helpful to post this guide as a general rule of thumb for most common supplements (85 total I believe). Although the guide is not perfect and some may disagree with a few, it appears to be pretty accurate and quite useful in general. For those that are curious see the link below. Hope this helps some of y'all (particularly those new to supplements)
