Coming off Keto

What would be the best way to come off Keto to minimize fat gain?  I was thinking slowly increasing carbs over a long period of time while decreasing fat intake.  Some knowledge from the Keto faithful would be appreciated.   I do not plan to do this for a couple of months but would like others experiences.

 
 
Depends on what your prior carb intake was. I started with a morning bowl of oatmeal for 1 week. Then, I added a post workout whole food carb meal after my shake for a week. Added a carb meal a week until I got 6. Then, I increased the number of carbs to the current 700g/day.

Just do it slowly as scotty explained and you will be fine.
