Combat rope

Idk what this rope looks like so im going to assume its thick and has some weight to it. Use it on shoulder days.
 
Battle rope,use on arm day. Should work forearms all the way up to shoulder. Also should get heart rate up if done correctly.
 
Not sure what it targets, never researched it but I assume arms as well. It a great btw, wish my gym had one.
