Co q10

BP been running high side of normal so I started Qunol ultra CoQ10. Anybody else out there use it?
Great stuff, but I believe I remember you saying your in your 50's? The 35 and older crowd is better off with ubiquinol, it's the active form of coQ10. The older we get the harder it is to convert coQ10 to ubiquinol

coQ10/ubiquinol are a supplement I consider a staple most of the year. I occasionally run out and don't run out to get more but on average I would say I use it the majority of the year

I'm the same way. I typically add it in as a staple with all the other supps/vitamins I take and will always order more if I run out but wouldn't consider it critical if I miss it for a few weeks.

Damn I would hate to know the cost of 3 grams of krill oil is a day!?!?

I've seen this stuff at Costco before. Using it as a reference point 3g would be a little over $1 each day. 3g seems a little high to me though no?

Yeah this is the best price I've seen it at:

You don't need a membership to order it either but without one you'll get a surcharge.

First question is who doesn't have a Costco membership?! You're missing out if you don't have one ;)

I don't and never will. For what we buy they were not even close to the best price in our area and large stores like that are hell on earth for me personally.

It's entertainment for me. I just like the thought of buying in bulk and I like stocking up on the essentials there. I will say I always spend way more money than I think when I go.

I almost always buy in bulk myself. Just cleaned out about 12 cases of canned vegies for $0.50/can. Best I ever did at the local store was 4 cans of tuna for $1.00 NOT A TYPO 25 cents a can NOT short dated either. We bought 2 cases of 48 cans each.

I read some BS article about how you should deal with the inflation currently running wild and one of their suggestions was Don't buy in bulk. Pure evil if you ask me. Why the hell would I want to only buy a little when its going up in price every week? Is it so when I finally cannot afford it at all I have NOTHING to fall back on and need to rely on "them" to save me. NO THANKS. These are the same ass hats telling us to eat soy at thanksgiving and to let the family dog die when it's sick to save money. F*** them.

Agreed! Stock up now. Wish I would have stocked up on creatine and protein about a year ago

What's a good dose of the ubiquinol? And a good brand? I'd like to buy some today.

Have to say q10 works very well. I have stayed just below 120 systolic and around 70 systolic. Very impressed at 200mg day. I actually split it into am and pm dose

It brought down your blood pressure? Good to know. Mine runs low, but my girlfriend’s has been borderline high.

Does any one know if coq10 is good for someone like my mom who has msa.
