Just got it in the mail today. Fast shipping as always. Question, I really dont respond to Creatine of the old and am trying this out for the first time. Thought there was no way it would be worth the money, but CNW has it for so cheap why not give it a whirl. From what I have read, take with water and about 3/4 a teaspoon per serving. Is it better to take before, during or post workout?
And yes I did search, but every post had a differant answer so I am looking for people who used this specific brand themselves instead of something they heard from a buddys older brother.
 
I always go pre workout...and I would opt to mix it with something like gatordae unless you like sucking on batteries. :)
 
Honestly, I thought it tasted like lemon water. I drink lemon water before bed everynight to help cleanse the system. Anyways, its not that bad?!
