CM & BA dosed throughout day to mitigate AF/CFS?

hey all, i'm starting a bunch of threads to hopefully answer some questions about using natty supps and noots for maintenance of health into old age and in anhedonic "disease" conditions such as adrenal insufficiency, hpa axis dysregulation, hypothyroidism, andropause, etc. thx in advance

what do you think about dosing citrulline malate and beta alanine throughout the day or all at once to mitigate energy issues? not for pre-workout, just for pre-life? thx
 
I have had some success with these supplements for CFS but the effects diminsih over time.

in what way did they diminish for you?

p.s. i'm also not hinging all hope on 1 or 2 magical supplements, but trying to piece together a useful stack or 2 to cycle between
 
I was under the impression beta alanine worked by saturation, so dosing is irrelevant.

Stamina,energy and focus increased greatly the first few months on but the effects became increasingly less noticeable the longer I took them.May have gotten more prolonged benefits if I had cycled them.

I will have to research my supplement log.It has been about 2 years since I used those particular supplements.If I can find my logbook,I will let you know the dosages I was using.

BA takes time up build up in your system. Some people see benefits 2 weeks in but the effects get more dramatic as time goes on. About a month in is when you will notice all benefits. I've seen though that some studies are saying carnosine levels continue to increase as long as you are using BA continuously for a minimum of 12 weeks. Its recommended to stay on for at least 3 months to optimize carnosine levels.

3.2-6.4 grams. You can split em up or take it all at once. Some people like to split it up so they don't get the tingles (paresthesia).

Creatine monohydrate is a must to add in addition to the other recommendations for what you're looking for.

There's also data showing a split dose confers improved plasma uptake, gram for gram.

I do split my doses already but that is some good information to know. Thanks coop.
