Clown's MAX PUMP-age from FinaFlex

I have always wondered about occluded training... seen Breezy do it... Might have to give a go as well.. Need one of those floss bands though.

You could also do it with the mini band.

Unfortunately not too well... She is still in critical care, but cannot breathe on her own or move her body. She has sensation and can answer through blinks. Hopefully the CAT scan and MRI will help clarify what is happening.
 
Still praying man. Good luck with everything and yes, workouts help maintain our sanity during times like these.
 
Haven't been able to get to the computer but have been able to workout.

Here is Friday, Saturday and Sunday's (today's) workouts.

Friday: shoulders and arms
I worked tempo and a triple superset for this one.
Klokov Press ss/with Incline DB Curls ss/with Triceps Pressdowns tempo for each was 5-0-5-0
12 rounds of the triplet with 1min rest between supersets.
95x5 / 30x5 / 60x5

By the end of this my arms and shoulders couldn't move! I can really feel the Max Pump working!

Saturday: Chest and Back
Bench Press ss/with cable Flyes for 5 sets
205x5 / 50x5

Incline Bench ss/with Incline Flyes for 5 sets
185x5 / 50x5

Pulldowns ss/with Supine DB Rows 5 sets
140x5 / 40x5

Smith Machine Rows ss/ with Cable Rows for 5sets
155x5/ 100x5

Chest felt huge from this and really feeling my lats more and more which I love!

Sunday: Legs
Kept it simple today
I did 3 reps of Squats and 3reps of Deadlifts with 60 secs rest for 30 supersets.
250x3 / 300x3 for 30sets

This was gruelling. There was something in me that just wanted to feel the torture from this style workout. It really hammered me in a good way.
Full body pump and exhaustion!
 
Killing it in here! Guess sleeping with the dog in the garage has its perks!!
 
Had a great morning workout. I used my Battle Ropes for the first time in months. I find they totally blow up my shoulders and arms while killing my cardio. So good!

Yeah, I find the rope slams are great for cardio and just blow up the arms and shoulders.

I'll have to give it a go. Anything to promote cardio. lol
 
I like alternating grips each time. Some grips hit the biceps more, some the triceps. Its a lot of fun!
