clomid/nolvadex alone enough for PCT?

for a first time cycle or test E or C 500mg and week for 12,dbol 25mg for 4 weeks and arimidex .25mg EOD would taking just clomid or nolvadex be enough?thoughts?

1 SERM is enough, if you feel like you want to run 2 just to be safe, go for it. I go with one...

You should run HcG during your cycle (NOT during PCT) in order to keep the testes sensitized and ready to respond during PCT.

I've just done a 10 week cycle of test e and its now a week after my last shot. Durin these two weeks I am taking 3 x 1500iu HCG shots 1 every 4 days (I didnt use HCG on cycle because of lack of supply but figured something is better than nothing). At the end of week two im starting Nolva 40/40/20/20 might run the Nolva a bit longer. Also got some tribulus for natural test boosting.
