dsade NutraPlanet Fanatic Oct 27, 2009 #2 NEAR...let me say it again...NEAR the nipples is fine. You can even come right up to the edge. I HIGHLY recommend NOT putting any on the actual nipple...it will hurt bad. works very well on the side pec area too...armpit fat is ugly.
