clenbuterol help.

I just got some clenbuterol in liquid form.
im starting my dosage at 40 mcg.

Im also taking keto along with the clen.
my main question is what to dose the keto at, and when the best time to take it is?

ALSO, i usually take a unisom as a sleep aid.. Can i still take that while on the clen and keto?

ketotifen and unisom (diphenhydramine hcl) are both h-1 receptor antogonists... so to prevent ur beta receptors from being downregulated u can choose either of them... but theres no need to take both...
