Clenbuterol Cycle

Hey guys, it's been some time since I took anything and even when I did my cycles were kinda light. Since that time I have put on a small tire and want to get it off. I was thinking of doing a small Clen cycle and wanted some advice. I have not done on, even when I was juicing years ago. Please spell it out for my dumbness :-)

Height: 5"6'
Weight: 193

I wear my weight well but just want to get rid of maybe 15-20lbs. I don't exorcize now but will be planning on doing cardio and light weights. I was thinking of a 5 week cycle.

I have done clen a couple times, it might help achieve ur goal but from being here a short time that I have been here, the answer you are likely to get would be diet. Get you diet spot on and cardio. And it seems to me you have done very limited research on clen as well, I would start with google and see what you come up with, unless you run it with another substance you wouldn't do a five week cycle, you run it 2 week on 2 week off or 3 week on 3 week off up to 8 weeks if I'm not mistaken
 
Start at 40mcg and work your way up to 100 by increments of 20mcg, every 2 days. Cycle two weeks on, 2 weeks off.
 
clen makes me flip out. cant take the sides at 20mcg. got up to 40 and quit

Same. I do my Clen cycles at 10mg, 20, 30, and peak at 40. I feel like I'm crack with that shot.

5 week cycle will **** up your body, don't do more then 2 weeks on at a time.
 
I (unfortunately) did not have good luck with Clen. I wouldn't have minded dealing with the sides as long as the benefits outweighed them. Besides shaky hands, I lost power in my climbs and it took a while for me to gain it back. Definitely not for me. If weight loss is the issue, then get on a juicing fast for a week. First three days are hard, day 4-7 you'll feel great. No sides, only benefits :-)
 
Take 5 grams of taurine a day while on, I am somewhat or a stim junkie so unlike some of the other people in this thread, I love clen

Oh don't get me started on adderall lol, that stuff is glorious, the energy, appetite supression, it makes cutting so much easier. I want to get a script and just hoard it for when I want to cut, but my wife is against me asking my doc for it and for some reason I can't bring myself to do it since I don't really need it.
 
I forgot what I did 15 years ago but it wasn't Clen. I actually looked for old receipts to see what it was but no luck. I do remember when I was bartending I would have to change my shirt and socks half way through my shift because I was soaked. Good times, good times! Thanks for the help guys. I'll more likely try the 2 on and 2 off. That seems to be the most recommended. To the first poster, yes I have tried diet and prior to my son being born I was in the gym a lot but as so many 35+ year olds find it's hard to get it off. I think this will jump start things, or so some of my old lifting friends say.
 
Ha very understandable about being over 30 n the weight loss from what I have read, but just from browsing, I had noticed a lot of users would have tore your question apart, but it seemed well received, u didn't even get th Search the site response I see a lot too haha, but I hope it works out for uu
