Thinking about looking in to clen. few questions. will clen give strength gains? wll clen be ok to run along side epi or winn? what kind of dosage should you use with clen. do you post with clen.
 
Clen is anti-catabolic. You will not necessarily see gains but you wont lose muscle, it depends on your lifting style and nutrition. I have never run it with epi or winn so i need someone else to chime in on that one. Dose is 20mcg for the first day and increase 20mcg per day as tolerable. Don't exceed 120mcg. After you reach the 11th day on clen start tapering down to 40mcg by day 14. Take two weeks off to clean B2 receptors then start again.
 
people include clen in tons of cutting cycles. I run it with test, tren, masteron and also with test and winnie

you really dont have to taper down with clen if you dont want to ..once i reach 100 mcgs i usally stay there for the rest of the cycle.. 120 mcgs gives me a really bad headache.

Why would you dose it like that? After two weeks your receptors are gonna be so saturated it wouldn't do anything. The only way this setting would work would be to add Keto with it
 
Has anyone used the liquid clen. i have heard bad things about it but would like a little more input. i have it in pill form but i want to save that for my summer lift.

My wife and I are both using and diggin it so far. Both seeing solid results. I can't compare to pill form as we've never used pill form.
 
Am I the only person who looks at someones stats before recommending things to them? At 6'1 and 186 you can't be fat enough to need to use clen to lose fat, unless you have next to no muscle on you.

I usually look but Clen and Albuterol etc are exceptions sometimes. Tall seemingly lean guys may have a legit reason to cut weight that makes more comparative sense than say a 19yo, 5'10", 155lb guy wanting PH advice. He could be a cyclist, fighter, runner, etc that needs to lose that last bit of fat.
 
good call yo. cutting for a fight first week of june. want to cut as much as possible so i dont get my ass kicked though ill probably get my ass kicked. ha. but it should be fun. anyways i want to run a very mild dose and im looking to use it for its anti catabolic effects as well as get the fat off my tits and stomache
 
maybe ill just look for something anticato and work my ass off to get rid of the extra weight. at my height i have a lot of bone and natural weight so any bit of fat is a disadvantage. if you ever wrestled you could probably relate

You asked about dosage. Some people recommend a scaling dose starting at 20mcg which is what I did. But, instead of ramping it on a scale, I go by feeling as I am VERY responsive to stimulants of any kind.
 
theres really 0 evidence its anticatabolic in humans. No studies have backed that up. Theres 1 rat study based on rats with 3rd degree burns that showed clen to be anticatabolic as far as the healing of the burns went, and thats why everyone says clen is anticatabolic.

basically for dosing, once you start to get aggravated jitteryness and insomnia, you stay at that dose for 2-3 days till those sides calm down before raising the dose. Since almost nobody gets actual pharmaceutical clen from europe, you are dealing with whatever the underground lab or research place actually got for concentration, and it can vary a good bit depending on how careful they are.

Burn victim related studies also show glutamine to be anti catabolic and as assisting in lean tissue growth. But, I think the jury is still out on that one.
 
Got this clen tip from a female IFBB pro:

2 days on, 1 day off. Repeat.

I am running this with with some success. I make sure to run the Clen on fasted cardio days.

Everybody else is saying 2 weeks on, 1 week off.That works OK, also, but I think you can make more progress in 6-8 weeks with the 2 day on 1 day off protocal.

You can throw Ketotifen or maybe Benadryl in there, but that 1 off day does alot in terms of cleaning Beta-2 receptors.

studys show. (i think i rats, may be in humans tho not sure) but it increases or switchs muscle fibers from slow twitch to fast twitch type 2a fibers/. so maybe there is a little strength/size increase.

ive only seen the strength come in the first 2 weeks after that its done.

yes... a 3 week cycle ..3 weeks on 3 weeks off.

The maximum suggested dosage for women is 120 mcg per day and for men 140 mcg per day. A Clenbuterol Cycle is usually a 3 week on followed by a 3 week off period. The 3 week off period is to let your body clear itself of clenbuterol and lower it's resistance to the drug.

When coming off clenbuterol, it is very important that you wean yourself off, just as you weaned your self on.



Sounding a bit confusing? Look at the chart below for recommended dosage and cycle routine. Please note that the maximum clenbuterol dose for women is 120 mcg and the maximum clenbuterol dose for men is 140 mcg though doses of this strength are rarely required.

Please note that the table above is only a guideline as everybody's reaction to clenbuterol is different. The general idea is, if you can feel the clenbuterol working, you are on the correct dosage. If you feel that the effects are too much, then you need to lower the dosage. If you do not feel any effects than you need to increase the dosage

or just do it like this...

Week 1: 40, 60, 80, 80, 100, 120, 140
Week 2: 140, 120, 120, 100, 80, 60, 40


i like this cycle better. =)
 
yeah everyone is different.. it all depends on how much you can tolerate..some people cant even take 40mcgs without having bad sides.. the 2 week cycle that i posted above works great for me and i would recommend that cycle to anyone that is using for the first time.
 
I don't see how people go over 80mcgs.

It all relates to the receptors and generally how sensitive you are to stimulants. My wife can handle WAY more ephedrine or clen than I can and I outweigh her by about 30lbs.
 
I understand that, I don't know why a speed/power athlete would need those high amounts. Most athletes normally take half the amts you guys see posted on forums.
