It was an itense little 19 minutes! Amazing how sore I am this morning after that short of a workout. My focus was unrelenting however, and hte marinade had alot to do with that!

I did DW, and I thought Iresponded well to it. Gained a more constant state of muscle fullness, recomped a slight bit, and muscle endurance ran high. I will say I think it hindered/didn't yield strength gains, but that wasnt what I was looking for.

So would you say this is better for muscle growth then strength? If so how would you compare it to DC training, if you can? Thanks, i know a lot of quesitons.
 
Last day using Muscle Marinade as a preworkout supp, absolutely loved it. Honestly best PWO Ive ever used!

I terms of hypertrophy I like it better than DC training. For me i gained alot of strength efficiency doing DC, but never alot of muscle size. I think this routine improves muscle stamina better as well. FST is not good for strength training at all. I can feel that my 1rm's have suffered!
 
Im honestly saddened that my MM can is now empty. It will return though. In two months I will cycle back on the MM train baby. I am sold!

You're right AG, but when I do a true heavy back day my numbers match up pretty well. My deads actually surpass my squat weights right now, and I consistently do my rows with well over 300lbs. Yesterday was about form and hypertrophy.

I know with DC my strength also goes through the roof. My back, chest and legs blow up with DC but my arms and shoulders seem to get left behind.

I might cycle these 2 this summer and log it. Something like 4 weeks FST-7, DC 4 weeks, FST-7 6 weeks. Grow those muscles a bit and blast them with strength cycle which would hopefully lead to more muscle growth. My joints also start to hate me on DC
 
I am about to start a hybrid DC/GVT training protocol for 15 weeks, in three 5 week splits, hopefully what I have in store can merge the DC strength with the hypertrophy that I'm looking for.
