I did DW, and I thought Iresponded well to it. Gained a more constant state of muscle fullness, recomped a slight bit, and muscle endurance ran high. I will say I think it hindered/didn't yield strength gains, but that wasnt what I was looking for.
I see, I've been trying to decide if I want to really use this or not. I'll jump on it for a few weeks then somthing will happen and I end up not being able to give it a full run.
So would you say this is better for muscle growth then strength? If so how would you compare it to DC training, if you can? Thanks, i know a lot of quesitons.
I terms of hypertrophy I like it better than DC training. For me i gained alot of strength efficiency doing DC, but never alot of muscle size. I think this routine improves muscle stamina better as well. FST is not good for strength training at all. I can feel that my 1rm's have suffered!
