Had a bitch ass shoulder workout today....too many interuptions, gonna have to go back to shutting the facility down to the public when I train.
Standing Behind the Neck Military 135x12x3sets
Seated DB Arnolds 80'sx12x3sets
Side lateral drop set 65'sx22, 25'sx20
pand pull aparts, face pulls-monster minis x20x3sets each
standing overhead parallel dumbell press 30'sx100
did get some good conditioning, crossfit style
200yd spring/jogx7
cross set with barbell power clean 135x10x7
Meso helped me sustain my focus all the way through the conditioning....great stuff!
