Had a bitch ass shoulder workout today....too many interuptions, gonna have to go back to shutting the facility down to the public when I train.

Meso helped me sustain my focus all the way through the conditioning....great stuff!

one great workout after another, there seems to be a recurring theme here-MESOMORPH IS AWESOME.

700 DAMN! Hey maybe 1 scoop works the best for you, I've tried 1.5 scoop and I feel a bit more crazy energy but I perform better with 1 scoop.

Thanks JD! In all honesty 225 for 26 would be a dissapointment if it weren't at the end of that session. I can usually hit 33-38 fresh. In my prime, haha, I hit 47 at my University's NFL draft pro-day. But to be able to do 26 after all of the work prior, I was very stoked. DOnt get alot of compliments, as I generally train alone in the facility that I oversee.

i have been to several colts training camps, you are putting up better numbers than many pro's. what happened with getting drafted?
 
5'10 MLB'ers with 18 screws and two titanium plates in their ankles generally arent sought after commodities. lol...I was offered a chance to go to NFL Europe via Buffalo and make the transition to fullback, but the money didnt make it worth the move or the risk.

I came back fine, It was the result of a chop block suffered in the spring of 2003. Compound spiral fracture of the tib and fib, and complete detatchment of the ligaments at the ankle ball. I did come back from rehab very well, however my lateral mobility never reached where it was prior to the injury. I think the bionic ankle maybe stronger than the unbroke one :D

i know what you are saying, i had knee replacement a few years ago. mobility will never be there but strength is just as good or better.

Your workouts are looking great, with using Mesomorph for awhile now how would you compare the effects to other pre-workouts? I really find the effects are there everytime I use Meso, my old pre-workouts would start to diminish a week in.
