This is what I am most curious about. Will these companies step up to the plate and fight these suits + the NDI rejection via the court process, or just bow to the will of the FDA?

yea, like I said earlier the plantiffs are the #1 and #2 top guys from the amino spiking lawsuits. this is why I was confused(still hasn't been addressed...) as to why anyone would think someone IN the supp industry would be behind this

It appears Cellucors lawsuit has been dismissed(possible settlement?)

Well, this looks like bad precedent... get ready to write checks if you sell this ingredient. Isn't there an Industry Group with deep pockets or something, that could call (legal) BS on this claim? I mean it's a $60 Billion a year industry.
