First big shout out and thanks to Sean1332 and CL for hooking me up with a jug of White Pipes. I have been reading about this and wanting to try and now have that chance.
30 years young and have gotten into powerlifting. I have been on a PL program for a while but made a switch about two weeks ago to a standard routine until I start my PL program again in about 2 more weeks. Next meet is set tentatively for December. I do count macros and have been eating in surplus.
Now on to the review. I received a jug of the juicy watermelon and the flavor is pretty darn good. Since it was my first time using it I know it will take me a time or two to get the dosing and water right for a perfect combination of flavor and taste. Better review to come in the next day or two. Upon opening the jug you are hit with a refreshing strong scent of watermelon kind of reminded me of jolly ranchers. I mixed one heaping scoop with about 8 ounces of water. This was a strong sweet taste A little too strong for me but no complaints. I will adjust going forward. I took this about 25 minutes prior to my workout.
Mixability was perfect no clumps or lumps.
Today was shoulder day and pumps were decent. After a little while into my workout they def started to get better but am looking forward to taking 2 scoops.
Rear delt fly 165 x 3 x 5
Hammer side delt raise 150 x 3 x 5
Hammer press 135 x 3 x 5
DB shrugs 110 x 3 x 5
Superset DB side raise with standing BB behind press.
30 x 3 x 10. 85 x 3 x 10
Overall I was happy with the first go round. Looking forward to my next work outs using white pipes. Pumps are about to get real.
