First big shout out and thanks to Sean1332 and CL for hooking me up with a jug of White Pipes. I have been reading about this and wanting to try and now have that chance.

30 years young and have gotten into powerlifting. I have been on a PL program for a while but made a switch about two weeks ago to a standard routine until I start my PL program again in about 2 more weeks. Next meet is set tentatively for December. I do count macros and have been eating in surplus.

Now on to the review. I received a jug of the juicy watermelon and the flavor is pretty darn good. Since it was my first time using it I know it will take me a time or two to get the dosing and water right for a perfect combination of flavor and taste. Better review to come in the next day or two. Upon opening the jug you are hit with a refreshing strong scent of watermelon kind of reminded me of jolly ranchers. I mixed one heaping scoop with about 8 ounces of water. This was a strong sweet taste A little too strong for me but no complaints. I will adjust going forward. I took this about 25 minutes prior to my workout.

Mixability was perfect no clumps or lumps.

Today was shoulder day and pumps were decent. After a little while into my workout they def started to get better but am looking forward to taking 2 scoops.

Superset DB side raise with standing BB behind press.

Overall I was happy with the first go round. Looking forward to my next work outs using white pipes. Pumps are about to get real.

Sorry for the delay. It was a busy weekend.

On Friday I hit legs.

This time I took two scoops and mixed it with 16oz water. It was def on point but it was still a strong flavor. Again no complaining just was surprised how potent it is. Im gonna stick with 2 scoops but will add a tad more water.

Squats. 245 x 3 x 5
Leg press 360 x 2 x 15
Leg extensions 150 x 2 x 10
Laying leg curls 140 x 3 x 5
SLDL 135 x 2 x 15
Standing calf raise 180 x 3 x 8

Had a nice pump going especially after I hit the extensions. Forearms also had a pump going on as well. :)

Looking forward to the next workouts. I will Prob stack with a PWO as well to try.

Ok. Well I think I have dialed in the flavoring dosing. still taking 2 scoops Prob a lil over since I don't even the scoop out and mixing it with about 18oz water. To me that is the perfect combo. The watermelon is still full of flavor without being watered down and is just refreshing. Pumps were pretty amazing the past two workouts. Hit chest on Monday but wasn't feeling 100. Tuesday hit back and so far this was the best pump day I had.

Ok so I added one scoop of AX supersize with 2 scoops WP.

I was all jacked up and couldn't wait to hit the gym. I put my lil guy down and started heading down the stairs when all of a sudden my feet came from under me and fell down my stairs. I caught myself with my forearms but I was in pain. My forearms were all skinned and at first thought I broke my left one as that one was much worse. Every thing checked out but it was hurting to make a fist especially around the pinky. Tougher it out and went to the gym to see how it felt which wasn't that good. I ended up just doing a quick arm workout and headed out. Just doing what I did I had some serious pumps going. A pumped black and blue forearm is pretty badass. Haha

Took Monday off to give my arm a rest. Hit back on Tuesday and it still was painful to make a tight fist. I worked out anyway and went lighter on deads for that reason. Pumps were outstanding again. I used the same dose as Saturday, 1 supersize and 2 pipes. For some reasons lats always get the biggest pumps. I love it. Taking today off and il be hitting shoulders tomorrow.

For those that haven't tried white pipes yet I highly recommend you do so.

Probably the biggest pump i have had thus far. My chest and delts were so pumped it hurt to move my arms up and down. I could barley wash my hair afterwards. It was insane. I have enough for 2 more workouts. Legs are today and and arms tomorrow. :) Final review will be up this weekend.

No doubt was my best let day ever. Felt super strong and kept going. Hit some PRs and was very proud. Pump and energy were through the roof. Didn't want the workout to end but had to get back to work. Haha.
