So I first learned about this diet on these boards as so many members swear by it. I have been doing reading on the diet and it looks like all protein and fat and then carb load. My question is are vegtables considered a carb? I was going to follow a cutting diet I found and it looks to be a CKD type diet.. is it?
and the diet reads every 3rd day u replace you last meal with a carb load meal and it looks like this...Meal 1
10 egg whites
1 whole egg
1.5 cup steamed Broccoli or green beans or 12 oz steamed asparagus
12 almonds
6.5 oz PEELED ruby red grapefruit or 99g blueberries
Meal 2
2.5 scoops Whey
4tsp peanut butter or 12 almonds
1 cup steamed Broccoli or green beans or 8 oz steamed asparagus
Meal 3
7 oz grilled chicken breast or halibut/tilapia or Sirloin fillet or Tuna
(albacore packed/canned in water)
1 cup steamed Broccoli or green beans or 8 oz steamed asparagus
2 tbsp peanut butter or 18 almonds
Meal 4
2.5 scoops Whey
1 cup steamed Broccoli or green beans or 8 oz steamed asparagus
2 tbsp peanut butter or 18 almonds
Meal 5
7 oz grilled chicken breast or halibut/tilapia or Sirloin fillet or Tuna
(albacore packed/canned in water)+ 5g GlutaForm
12 almonds

Meal 6
6 oz grilled chicken breast or halibut/tilapia or Sirloin fillet or Tuna

3 oz avocado
6.5 oz PEELED ruby red grapefruit or 99g blueberries
Is this essentially a CKD diet?must be eaten in this order.

¾ cup oatmeal (measured dry then add water and microwave)
6.5 oz PEELED ruby red grapefruit or 99g blueberries
4-6 packets splenda for sweetening
18 almonds
6 oz yam or sweet potato
2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
4-6 packets splenda for sweetening
