CJC/GHRP: Importance of eating times

Pretty soon I'll be starting my CJC 1295/GHRP-6 cycle alongside my Test/Deca cycle. From my understanding, we are supposed to TRY and wait at least 30mins after pinning GHRP-6 before we eat or drink any protein/carb shakes. What I want to know, is how important is that waiting? During a bulking cycle, it's highly unlikely that I'll ever have an empty stomach...nor do I want an empty stomach as it would contribute to catabolism. What would tthe total difference in efficacy of GHRP-6 be between pinning and eating...or pinning and starving for 30mins? How important is it to wait and if I decide to just ignore the waiting, will I just not get as high/strong a pulse? Would it be significant enough to make it pointless to run GHRP-6 or could i just eat as normal and cut my losses(hopefully not much) of the GHRP-6?

If pinning PWO is one of the doses recommended, that is the exact time our bodies need the protein, glutamine, carbs, etc the most. The less time gap between gym and PWO shake the better. Same goes for the before bed dose...I ALWAYS try and take my night time shake of casein, carbs, etc right before I get in bed.

Anyways, if someone could tell me exactly how much of a difference it would make to ignore the 30min eating fast post pinning GHRP-6 vs. waiting that 30mins I'd greatly appreciate it.

It is carbs and fats you want to avoid. Having only protein in the stomach will not hurt your pulse. (Or so I have read)

you can still have your protein shake after workout.. even if you shot ghrp 15 min before. just don't train , shoot and run to kfc
