CJC-1295 aa sequence problem

Hi to all,
I know that that issue is allready being on the forum, but I just now realised as I contacted my suplier after reading it that I am not using the right sequence ! It does not have the lysine substitute on position 30 so to have half life of a few days, but it last only for hour or so in the body !
that is why I did not feel much difference after using once every day at 300 mcg for 2 month now because probably it has to go in 3 or 4 times a day to have result with that short duration. I have normaly hot flashes and other but not effect on body comp. as it should have at that dosage.
if someone has trusted sup. please pm. me to get normal CJC-1295 version with lysine carrier -the good one !

How come you are not combining it with a GHRP like GHRP-6, GHRP-2 or Hexarelin?

The GHRH by itself will create a small pulse.
GHRPs by themselves create a bigger pulse.

GHRH + GHRP = synergistic pulse

There is nothing wrong with: GHRH + GHRP administered 3 times per day.

Also do not ask or discuss sources for any item that is not approved for human consumption. That is a board rule and a very good one at that.

thanks for infos. Yes I was using it along with GHRP-6, but now I run out of it and left with a few vials of CJC.
when i ordered I thought that it was the version with modification to stays active for a few days, did not know that it is the version of activity of a hour or so !
so basicaly I need now to use CJC at 3xD along with ghrp-6
or as I left with CJC alone for now only use CJC 3xD.
So what you say it thoes not matter now if it is long lsting or not as I could use it in 3xd fashion ?- it will have same effect ?

Should be run with a GHRP to give more predictable results. The studies show response to GHRH alone is variable across people and within day to day usage by the same person but GHRP-6 is fairly predictable and constant.

Will it have the same effect as CJC-1295? No. But it might (probably so) if you administered it every 3 hours, 24 hours per day. Obviously too inconvenient so a compromise schedule would need to be set up.
 
So CJC without lysine carrier is not worth at all ?
so the way to go is get cjc with lysine carrier along with ghrp-6 , well I stil try to find some but most of sup. dont have it.
I cant have it every 3 hours /24 h-is too much inconvenient.
will try to get CJC lysine version first to have good results,but will use what is left of the old ( not good ) vials .

Dat, you also say GHRH, but it i not just plane GHRH, as it has these 4 substitute of aminos it is resistant to some degradation more than just plane GHRH, isnt it ?
so If I have that kind of CJC, wouldnt that be sufficiant to have some effect at 3xD along with ghrp-6 ???
I still need most of reuslts withthat one until i get the lysine cjc version

Again I know what you have. My previous statement was based on that.

Your version of GHRH has a long enough half-life that it will result in a full pulse (i.e. GHRH stimulation for 15 mins or so).

There is no need to massage my previous post. Two administrations is better than one, and 3 is better then 2, and 4 is better than 3, and 5 is better then 4, and 6 is better than 5, and 7 is better then 6, and 8 is better then 7....and 9 will be of no added effect.

well I appreciate all your effort to help others and all of the infos you put on the board, but you dont have to be so sarcastic in explanation if I simply ask you for help. see, a lot of us here need help with some issues and that is why we are here at the first place.

If we aproximate the non-albuminated CJ1295 to be equal to GHRH then the cooperativity on the GH-releasing function is inverted as the ratio of ghrp to ghrh (by weight) goes from 0.1-->1 . personally, I still have some more studying to do to understand this and until then will use ghrp-6 alone, since i know it works for me and is affordable.

I've read this post no fewer then 7 times but still am not sure EXACTLY what you are saying. But IF you are speaking to GHRP-6 alone vs. GHRP-6 + GHRH:

The large pulse is a result of exogenic GHRP-6 administration w/ the body making its own GHRH.

The small pulse is a result of exogenic GHRP-6 administration w/ the supression of the body's ability to make its own GHRH.

So GHRP-6 works fine if the body makes GHRH. From plenty of other studies we know that it works even better if coadministered with exogenic administration of GHRH.

The problem though when you try to greatly reduce your GHRH dose is that eventually you get to a level so low that it only replaces the GHRH that would have been released naturally.

That is one reason why GHRP-6 + saturation dose of GHRH is preferable per pulse. Another reason is the variability among how people respond. Some may have nice GH pulse curves with lower amounts of peptides while others may not. The saturation doses of both GHRP-6 & GHRH demonstrate consistently positive results across all age groups, both sexes and between those with sheer individual variability.
