Citrulline or Cit-Mal and How Much?

I like 6g pre workout (added to preworkout product)
 
I'm 165-170 so I'm gonna stick to 4-6g daily + pre workout.. I actually read a great thread on the usp forum combining L Cit with yoked (or any other nitrate based pre) woo I could feel the pumps they were describing, almost scared to try it on 5/3/1 or a GVT program
