Citrulline...a must supplement!

Id just like to say...
After i started using citrulline(malate) usually 4-5g dailiy... Done so for 8months, and it the effect does not stop.
the first thing to notice, especiallt combined with 1,5g agamtine are the best pumps.
Second...is that it gives you viagra hard boners...not kidding, a friend of mine relied alot on viagra due to a rather demanding wife... 2 days of citrulline, and still going 6 months later...not needed the blue pill anymore. I too noticed this. no matter how many times a day i want to use "it" it gets max hard..
And the third bonus...i used to have bp of 140/85 as my normal bp readings for years...now i get 130/60!

So not only is it great for all kinds of pump, best libido booster i have ever used, and even lowered my bloodpressure!
And its dirt cheap! Even the cheapest bulk brand i found works just as good as any expensive one..

Combine with creatine, caffeine and agamtine...and youll blow up in the gym. I have yet to find a pre workout that gives me a clean jitter free no crash effect as that combo for me...add BA if you need the itching ;-)
Combine with a small dose of viagra...and half a 25 mg pill will work better than 100mg alone..
Combine with other libido boosters if lust is a problem...

The best effect seems to be in the 3-5 mg range...more does nothing special. Less does ...eh little.

So if you have not tried it, i suggest u do, and if you just used 1g...try 3-5g the difference is "huge"

Not everyone is equal, but it seems to work better in my around 40 year old friends...probably due to less natural NO in the bloodstream due to being older.
 
I'm also a fan of citrulline. Usually around 8g Citrulline Malate (about 4g L-Citrulline) is my sweetspot. Nothing else gives me a better pump!

L citrulline is where it's at for pump, pumps, and more pumps

Yep I love L citrulline, agmatine, grape seed extract and some Beet root extract and you will get some sick pump.

Yup! That's my list for sure. Agmatine is actually one of the things that I especially look for in a pre-workout. Citrulline malate 2:1 is my to go also
 
L-citrulline is a sure thing...no need for the extra viagra

Is it really that good compared to Viagra? Never tried it recreationally for that purpose.

Makes sense considering the pumps in the gym.
 
Citrulline gave me no noticeable differences on sexual performance or anything like that.

On endurance and recovery though, I love it. Needs to be in my pre. 4g L-cit or 6-8g CM

I like the bitterness it adds if stacked with flavoured products too, CM added into RL Alphamine is fantastic, I am addicted.
 
There was actually a studie in here once?? That it could be use as a "viagra" :D WATER MEEELOOOOOOOOON HELLO :P
 
Didnt get any noticeable benefit from citrulline or cm the times i tried it.perhaps im a non responder
 
IIRC all the positive outcomes for weight training, ie. Anaerobic Performance and Muscle Soreness (as opposed to vaso-dialation, aerobic, etc...) were done with 8g of Citrulline Malate.
 
For sex it depends whats your problem...if you have any....and it seems to have a better effect for us older gents over 40 ..
It does not combat preformance anixety based ED much...since it does not inhibit the constriction of the penile tissue/veins that happens during stress...then viagra is better, since it inhibits that function too..but together...oh god.
 
Any recommended brands for L-Citrulline?
I've only ever used SNS CM, but am curious about trying L-Cit. a quick search shows NOW and Swanson Health L-Cit.

What would be more cost efficient, running powdered CM or capped L-Cit?

To add though, I absolutely loved CM and I found its effects to be very prominent with my endurance in the gym. Also, I agree it works wonders for boners haha.
 
I find equivalent amounts of l-cit vs. CM (by weight citrulline) to treat me the same, I think most will agree on that

Ok thanks Driven. What I meant was that the L-Cit caps that I saw online were all about 500mg caps with anywhere from 60-90 caps per bottle . I see the recommend dosage for L-Cit is about 4g so it seems like you would go through a bottle fairly quick at that dosage. I wasn't sure if using powdered CM at 8 grams (which if I remember correctly is usually about two scoops) would be a more cost effective route to go.
 
CM is hard to beat for cost effectiveness, I know l-cit gets sold in bulk powder as well though
 
Cit mal is much easier to find than L-cit and generally seems to be better value for money even accounting for the larger equivalent dose required. The malate group certainly can't hurt for energy production either!

My ex told me that L-citrulline are almost the same as viagra, combiinig them viagra and L-citrulline before wrkout will not be the best idea lol

No, no, no. Misunderstood my post lol. As far as pumps go that are needed for a workout, I meant that Viagra wasn't needed. Just to recap, Alex doesn't need or use anything for sex lol

Hmm that's very interesting. Do you have stomach ulcers, in which also causes the acid reflux? I ask because I have stomach ulcers; and there are several ingredients that tend to tear my stomach up. Two being, ARA and COP.

No ulcers. No issue with 99% of supps/foods.
 
I don't find it works like that. It definitely adds to the strength of erections, but it isn't like a viagra or cialis where you take it and then 30 min later are walking around with raging wood.
 
Just looking for a little more firmness, just weaned myself off 5mg Ed cialis last 3yrs with OL lj100. Looking for them bend over to pee hard on's again. I can achieve and keep just not as solid. Stay away from ph's!
