Citruline malatate and agmatine post workout?

I built my own pre-workout I used 300mg of caffeine, 1g agmatine, 6-7g of citruline malatate. It went great! Good pump and energy and pretty cheap.
I was wondering if I should also dose the citruline malatate and agmatine post workout to keep my pump going? If so should I use them both or just one or the other... What dose would be appropriate etc. you guys are are always pretty helpful so let me know what you think!
 
Yea I took it at like 4 hours ago and I still feel pretty pumped up. Veining out everywhere. I just know that some people take citruline malate in the morning and before bed at least. Idk about the agmatine tho.
 
Agmatine can be used prior to carb meals (GDA) as well as pre-bed (GH).

Citrulline Malate is best utilized pre-workout. A few studies showing it enhances MPS if I recall correctly.
 
I like using Agmatine before carb meals, but that means you'll go through the bottle quicker. Just use the Agmatine and CM pre workout for the ergogenic benefits.

If dosing bulk items, you could look into nitrates (sodium or potassium) to help prolong your pump as nitrates work for a few hours.
 
Agmatine is a wate post workout. Keep it pre workout and pre meals (besides post workout meals). Good to hear you are enjoying the pumps.
