Cissus Xt Question

First time poster here... I used to hang around on misc.fitness.weights when usenet was a thing back before the cool kids all got computers :) . I've worked out most of my adult life from ~19 to now 56.

Sadly, my genetics suck, I love food and i'm all natural so I look above average at best. (The nice thing is most guys my age have stopped giving a @#$%. So I think that's my biggest advantage :) )

But I digress. My tendons really get sore especially in my biceps and below my patella ( i squat @$$ to calf and have for years). My joints proper are actually pretty good, so I am thinking about just taking cissus XT, and PEA for general old man nagging pain. thoughts?

Other Supps are:
6g Fish oil (phenomenal for my psoriasis (gone!) and allergies),
1g ALCAR
Pepti-strong
curcumin
multi
creatine
citrulline pre-w/o

Nice Forum BTW, I do appreciate how Steve appears to be pretty genuine about expectations. It's refreshing

I am using Cissus (currently it’s Nutricost 1200mg) and SNS Joint Support XT. Along with allot of fish oil. If I could choose between any other joint supplement on the market (even 50 percent higher in price) and SNS Joint Support XT, it would be hands down Joint Support XT. I really notice a difference with this supplement. If I stop taking it, things go South after a week. It kicked in within a week as well and then seemed to peak at about 3-4 weeks. On another note, leg extensions every 4 days or so really help to keep my patella gliding well (decompressed) as well as taking stress off the joint in general. One time heavier, next time lighter high rep.

Thank you for the kind words.

I think that Cissus XT and PEA Relief will be great for you based off of what you're explaining.

I would add Joint Support XT personally, but that's of course an individual decision. A lot of people wait until joint issues arise to take things to support joint health and that's a mistake, but one that most people make. I'm a big fan of the concept that its almost always easier to help keep something from getting bad than it is to wait until it gets bad and then try to do damage control.

You mentioned Curcumin, and Curcumin is good if you take a good form. Joint Support XT contains C3 Curcumin from Sabinsa, which is the most clinically researched form available.

My joints love the SNS Joint Support XT/Cissus XT combo. I been on it for years now and no plans on stopping.

Same here! Part of my daily routine. For 30 bucks can't beat it

55 here and still training heavy. 2nd (or 3rd, lol) the Joint Support XT/Cissus XT combo. If you have any interest in staying in this game for decades (and performing at a high level), get on this stuff and NOW.

You don't need to be in pain, to benefit...
