Cissus, Cortisol, Timing

I'm in love with cissus. I've been reading that it has some anti-cortisol properties. What are the implications of this?

I tend to take it before my nightly epsom bath, which seems like good timing if its going to reduce my cortisol. Is the effect strong enough that a morning dose would be contra-indicated?

Are the cortisol lowering effects strong enough that it would be wise to increase the dosage during pct? I'm on my first ph/ds cycle (epi with dermacrine), so im still trying to wrap my head around the supposed pct cortisol spike that ive got coming my way.

I personally am on Natadrol which has the cissus in it. I take in am and pm so I have all day help.

My knowledge of cortisol and its relationship to circadian rhythm is pretty superficial, but i thought that you WANTED a good cortisol spike first thing in the morning with a slow taper down throughout the day. Does this change in pct?

Cissus does not lower cortisol. It is a glucocorticoid receptor antagonist in bone. If you want further elaboration, search "mr.cooper69 cissus cortisol" as I've probably gone over this 20+ times :)
