My free sample came in the mail today. Very professionally packed with the labels on it(not just in a plastic bag unmarked) When I opened the bad I smelled it instantly. the smell was very gingerbread strong and I loved it 
I mixed it in 16 oz skim milk with a spoon to check how well it would mix into without a blender/shaker cup. The first thing I noticed is that it clumped up and I was disappointed until I did a couple of mixes with the spoon and it had almost instantly mixed in. I let it stand a couple of minutes and there was still some very small bits undissolved but I think if I had used a shaker cup it would of blended in.
Taste: It tastes nothing like what it smells like. Even though it was flavored as cinnamon bun it smelled too much like gingerbread cookies so I expected gingerbread cookie taste...Basically it's a pleasant yet mild tasting cinnamon but not really "cinnamon bun". I wasn't disappointed but it also wasn't quite the flavor I was expecting.

My personal opinion is that it is a very good protein with no aftertaste and mixes very well but it just isn't quite the flavor it says it is. Thumbs up for the protein though and I don't think you would be disappointed if you were to purchase it.
