Cialobol Dosage

I picked up a couple of bottle of Cialobol from NP and am a little confused on the dosage as I have seen different recommendations. I am currently using cissus 3x3 and want to add in Cialobol. how much and when should I take it. I'm ~215 lbs.

Well, I'm about 195, and my dosing was 4 X 3 when I ran Cialabol. From what I understand, 16 per day is the maximum dose. You could start at 6 or 8 per day and gradually increase to somewhere between 12 to 16. I do know that most people take more than the 4 per day recommended on the bottle. On a side note, I really liked Cialabol. For me, it had excellent recomp effects. I didn't gain a lot of strength, but I didn't eat to gain weight. My waistline got smaller and my vascularity improved significantly on Cialabol. Thumbs Up.

I can echo his statements about the efficacy of ciala. Basically, I got leaner while putting on slight amounts of muscle, but I was eating to try and recomp too.

I really loved it, so I picked up the last couple bottles at Nutra. I was doing basically 2-3 with breakfast (if I had carbs with breakfast) and then 4 pre-workout and 4 post-workout. I know most people say watch out for the hypoglycemia, but I would take 4 preworkout without any carbs (my last meal before my workouts is like 3 hours before) and not get hypo during working out; if anything, I felt even better. I also drink a cocktail of BCAAs during working out.

Give it a go with the majority of your doses around working out. I would say more heavily weight the post-workout dose. On non-workout days, take 2 or 3 with all your bigger carb meals.

Ok so I will be using PF, Cialobol, and Cissus.


I think I will do 4,4,4 PF, 2,4,4 Cialobol, and 3,3,3 cissus. Thoughts?

Cialabol - 6 Pre-workout/6 Post-workout, 4/4/4 OFF (or 2 before each meal)
Cissus RX - 3/4/3 ON, 2/2/2 OFF

That is my recommendation, at least as a starting point.

I mean, I know your a USP rep, but less ciala worked wonders for me (2/4/4) and I'm 230lbs.
 
It works well peroid! The dosing I've suggested is of course just my opinion but I feel he'd do better from 2 caps less of PowerFULL and 2 caps more of Cialabol. If taking 12 caps of Cialabol causes constistant GI Distress then by all means lower and spread the dose out through the day.

Yeah, if you haven't already then sign up for the Anabolic-Pump early notification list. Once you've signed up for that it'll take you to a page allowing you to sign up for the "Inner Circle". If you're not in the US just fill out your address as you normally would but put your country in the "Address 2" field.
 
I got three bottles of this stuff, I cant wait too try it out but I dont want too stack it with yellow gold so I am waiting till Im done with that
 
Scared? lol Ya Cialabol is solid, start with the recommended dose then work your way up from their some ppl got some GI distress from the larger doses.

PowerFULL dose can be modified to

2/3/2 on 2/2/2 off

than you can increase but the cialabol dose is what I currently run while eating 70grams of Complex Carbs per meal with cialabol dose. THe higher the Carb intake the larger the cialabol dose..

lets say

40grams CHO 3 caps
over 40 grams 5 caps
over 70 grams 7-8

I am going to work a CHO chart with the AP release.
 
So I should drop Powerful from 3/3/4 to 2/2/3?

Are there an problems associated with having too much Powerful?

You could certainly lower the dose if you like, as far as I know there is no problem with increasing the dose but it's not something I'd do if I couldn't afford to do so.

ok, I feel dumb. I don't understand these dosing recomendations. i understand 3/4/3 as each of the individual doses for 3 doses a day...but i don't understand what the remainder ''ON, 3/3/4 OFF" means.

EDIT: think i got it. dosing for lifting days and dosing for non lifting days.

Yes, I just learned it to from Ziri. Simple brilliance almost as great as the parachute....
 
LOL, looks like I've been rumbled!
Slightly lower dosing on OFF days definately gives an edge in terms of keeping the stack effective while not draining your supply as quickly as it might if you kept your dosing static throughout.
