Cialis and other PDE-5 inhibitors can lower blood pressure, yohimbe alkaloids can raise it. It really depends how much you're taking but yes, people have stacked both.

I assume this is to improve erection quality, not performance enhancement. Forskolin is a quality ingredient, demonstrating true synergy with beta-agonists like ephedrine...

Understood. As far as I know it should be fine. I would avoid nitrates and pump product while on Cialis.

If I remember correctly yes, plus it has agamantine anyway that is a pump product. Avoid anything that is vaso dilator.

There's no way to tell you whether stacking all these would be either safe or problematic. The one thing you do want to watch out for is blood pressure dropping too low as a result of using a PDE-5 inhibitor plus "NO" formulas or ingredients. So no nitrates or "NO2" products..

have not tired cialis+rauwolfia combo but have taken cialis and Noxygen (a pump product from purus labs) and that was a scary experience. light headed and thought I was going to die.
Whoah what an experience. This should be a good warning.

major light headedness and I couldnt move for 3-5 mins.. its a feeling where you know something ****ty is happening inside you but hard to explain.. breathing got very shallow and rapid. My wife gave me a ton of water with salt and the effects subsided after 10 minutes I believe its the combination of nitrates in noxygen along with the Cialis that caused it.
