Alrighty all.. Gona be testing out Purus Labs Theatrim fat burner/energy enhancer the next 30 or so days. Big thanks to Purus for sending out a bottle for me to try! I loved condense/dpol/muscle marinade and slinshot so I'm expecting big things from this product.

Little info on me..

25yo/225lbs/ 5'11''
I am coming off a bulk and will be doing a slight cut, possibly throwing around the idea of a show in late spring so we'll see how things end up. I train 5-6 days per week and with my goal being dropping a few lbs of fat I'll be throwing in 20-30 min of cardio in about 4-5 of those training sessions.

My diet is a loose carb cycle with about 2-3 high days/2-3 mod days/and one zero carb day. Here are some pics I took last night so you all can get a gauge on where I am at.

Alright as you can see, I posted up the label for you all to look at, also here is a picture of the capsules themselves.

Day 1: Took 2 capsules 30 min pre workout with a cup of beet juice. By the time I got to the gym the Theatrim had kicked in and I was feeling pretty good. Unlike some cracked out pre's I definitely felt a more smooth and concentrated focus, no jitters either. Might have been placebo but was feeling in a good mood all workout, could have possibly been the SAMe or the new TeaCrine compound.

Either way, today was chest!

Felt STRONG lol, sounds weird but felt real dense after my workout, muscles nice and tight from a good pump. Put up the 145lb dumbells on flat bench today for 8 reps so was pretty happy with that, other than that good solid workout.

First impressions; SMOOTH energy, awesome focus, and a positive mood effect. Definitely glad I started with 2 caps (300mg caffeine) cuz I'm pretty stim tolerant, 1 cap probably wouldn't have been enough!

Day 2:

Took 2 caps TheaTrim w/ 1 cup beet juice, 5 g glutamine and 5 gram taurine about 30ish min pre workout. Today was a BIG back day!

Some notables from the workout.. hit the 150lb dumbell for single arm rows for my last two sets for 10 reps each. I usually only get one set with about 8-10..

Also got some pretty solid weighted pullups in with the 45 lb plate, 4 sets with about 10-15 reps at the END of my back workout for a burnout.

15 min on the bike and 15 min on the stairstepper for cardio post weights today.

Second workout with TheaTrim, energy was there along with the focus I really noted yesterday. Endurance seems up too, not to mention I was DRENCHED after my workout lol.

Today is a mod carb day so staying around 250 grams today which equated to 4 meals with sweet potatoes as carbs; the largest carb meal being post workout.

Day 3:

Hit legs today, good workout and went with mostly pump sets so I could fill these legs up with a good pump!

Decided to break open the capsules today and mixed with my beet juice. Tasted nasty as hell but I feel like the energy hit quicker.

Started with squats at 225 lbs for 4 sets of 15-20 reps then hit 315 for 2 sets of 8.

After that did GVT style for quad and hammie extensions and the pump was awesome! Did some calves/abs and called it a day!

For cardio I was shoveling snow this morning so I counted that (what a pain lol)

Thoughts for the day.. Gotta say the focus on this stuff is superb, although the energy is smoother and not as in your face as other stims, I really have not experienced the focus effect like TheaTrim has offered. Cool stuff..

I buy beet juice but also juice my own, so I'll do like half cup store bought stuff then half cup my own blend. Hate the taste of the stuff but really noticed great benefits since I incorporated it pre workout

Yeah I love beet juice! The juicer that I have is just a pain to clean so I only have it maybe twice a week. A lot of times now I throw it in the blender.

Day 4: Good day overall, had shoulders and also it was a high carb day so felt nice and full.

Opened up my capsules again like yesterday and mixed with 1 cup beet juice/ 10 g glutamine/ 5 g taurine along w/ half scoop vitargo.

Solid shoulder workout, hit dumbbell military presses/ laterals/ shrugs/ push presses and was done lifting under 45 min so quick workout.

Hit 20 min on the stair stepper for cardio.

TheaTrim is still doin me good, after today and using for four workouts I can honestly say the focus is unparalleled!

Hey all, couldn't post yesterday but had a solid arm workout along with a good 20 min drive on the stair stepper.

Hit 45 min this morning on the treadmill walking with a good incline. Took my two caps with a small meal of egg whites and grapefruit pre cardio and powered through that long session with EASE.

So far I feel like my waist is tightening up a little, I'll post some pics next week

Focus has definitely been the most positive effect, but starting to lean out too. Woke up this morning and definitely notice the midsection becoming more defined.

As far as negatives, I really can't find any. No jitters and no crash.. Honestly has to be one of the top 3 fat burners I've used

Day 8:

Today was back day, another solid workout!

Took two capsules and 1 cup beet juice and today I added a serving of Focus XT (non stim). WOW the focus today was nuts hahah even my workout partner was like Dude your in the zone! Rest periods are becoming much shorter and again sweating like a damn pig my whole entire workout more than normal.

Noticed also today vascularity has become much more prominent. Seeing alot more veins in the chest, shoulders, and calves.

Like I mentioned in last post, gona have an update pic here soon

Well I can attest that with myself being pretty stim tolerant, and usually getting used to stuff.. TheaTrim still hits each time and gives that consistent energy.
Definitely made that cheat meal count too lol!

Alright so got a new progress picture up.. Currently sitting at 221-2ish pounds so down about 4-5 lbs from when I started the log but strength has been maintained and even gone up. Don't feel like I've lost muscle either. Pic was taken this morning after breakfast.

Had an AWESOME chest workout this morning after a much needed cheat meal last night with the wife for V-Day.

Finally put the 150 lb dumbells up on flat bench and was able to push out 5 solid reps. Felt heavy as s--t but was super stoked. After hitting DB flat bench really hard went through the rest of the workout hitting volume/pump sets and felt great.

Looking to maybe add something for a test boost, so I'll probably pick up D Pol since I'm on the Purus train right now

Day 14:

Had the day off for Presidents Day so went and hit a good leg workout with cardio.

Went up to 415 on squats today/800 on reverse hacks so was pretty smoked! Hit 20 min on the stair stepper and legs were WAY too shaky to continue so went and finished with a 15 min walk on the treadmill.

Still feel like I am leaning out so I am gona work another 1-2 cheat meals in this week and possibly increase carb intake around workout time to help keep strength/mass up. I'm not in a rush to drop a ton of bodyweight so going for slow and steady.

Tomorrow I will be at my halfway point with TheaTrim! Been a pleasant surprise so far and looking forward to finishing off the bottle on a strong note

Day 16:

Hit arms today and tried out some new things.. I typically go higher rep and chase the pump on arm day but decided to mix it up and went heavy/low reps.

Workout consisted of mostly barbell and dumbell curls and skullcrushers/weighted dips.

Surprised I got a pretty big pump, and was good to test my strength on something like arms where I never really "max out" per say.

Pre w/o consisted of 2 caps TheaTrim/ 1 cup beet juice / 10 grams glutamine

Had a headache all through this morning but once the TheaTrim kicked in mind was clear and focused and I'm still feeling pretty good.

Had an off day Thursday but hit chest hard yesterday and got in a great back workout this morning. Gym this morning was freezing but still worked up a good sweat after 10-15 min of working out.

I've been upping the cardio to 25 min and sticking mostly to the stair stepper.

Had a cheat meal last night (xl bacon and chicken pizza) but woke up dry and full.

I'll get some more pics up this week as I'm getting toward the end of this run

Shoulder day is done and in the books. Great workout and like I mentioned prior I increased cardio so ended up hitting 30 min on the stepper.

I'm currently sitting at 218 lbs so I'm pretty happy considering I feel the same size but can tell my waist has gotten smaller. Decided to measure today and it's at 33.5 and when I started I know I was at 34.

I know this is a sponsored log but I really gotta hand it to Purus on TheaTrim. Guys even if your not looking specifically for a fat loss product per say, the focus and mood on this stuff is stellar. I've used nootropics, quite a few, and the focus from TheaTrim is on par if not better than most of the noots.

Thanks for the support CB, we went a different way focusing on feel good/nootropic affects over pure temple busting stimulant.

May be subtle for some at the lower doses but it's a great product.

Day 24:

Hit a quick chest workout this evening, was in and out under an hour and had to skip cardio because of time constraints. Although I was pressed for time managed to get a solid workout in and went a little lighter with the weights/less rest time.

I took TheaTrim with my pre workout meal today, the directions say take with food but I've yet to do so because I take it as a pre on an empty stomach (relatively about 45 min after my pre wo meal). Noticed the energy came more delayed than usual but no noticed decrease in effectiveness.

On another note, here in 5 days once I've completed this log I got a new Purus stack for the next month, big thanks to AaronJP1 for the deal.

Day 27:

Hit legs yesterday and back the day prior. Had both good solid workouts and was especially happy with legs yesterday. Was able to do working sets of 415 for 5-6 reps each set and it felt fluid and pain free.

I'm still holding out on using my new Noxygen pre workout and still keeping my pre workout supps the same as I have the whole log ( 2 caps theatrim, glutamine/taurine, and beet juice).

I have shoulders this afternoon and for cardio I'm going to mix it up and do some HIIT on the treadmill.

I have 6 caps left so 3 more workouts with theatrim! Sad the bottle is almost empty but it's been an awesome supp to try out. Look out for my full review and final pics here in 2 days.

Day 29:

Day off from weights so did cardio this morning- 20 min on stair stepper and 20 min on treadmill followed by 15 min or so of bodyweight ab exercises (mostly hanging leg raises and oblique work).

Pre cardio meal was 1 cup of egg whites and 1/2 cup oats followed by 2 caps of TheaTrim 45 min later. Good focus and motivation during cardio and felt that nice thermo effect throughout.

Last day tomorrow!

Alright guys so today was the last day of TheaTrim! Had a great workout today, ended up doing back and cardio. Pretty hectic day overall and I don't want to push out a half assed review so I'm going to put up the final review and before/after comparison pics tomorrow since I have a pretty easy schedule.

What I can say is I'm VERY pleased, and I'll break down my thoughts on the product tomorrow based upon value/ingredients/dosing/effects.

Alright everyone, final review here.. Once again thanks to the guys at Purus for sending me out a bottle of TheaTrim to log this past month. It was my first logging experience and hopefully everyone who took a look at it found some stuff that could help them with this product. I am going to break down how I judged this product based on value/ingredients/dosing/effects.

VALUE: (9/10)Online I found this between $25-30 at the typical online retailers. Not bad for a month supply as most fat burners are in or above this range. Only thing is it would be nice to see this offered in a 90 count bottle for those who want to run at 3 caps a day (stim junkies).

INGREDIENTS: (8/10) Pretty simple ingredients but very high quality. I really liked the addition of SAMe and the white willow bark. The standout here though was teacrine, the caffeine alternative. In this month, I never built tolerance to this product and I really believe it was due to this ingredient, as it has been shown to reduce tolerance effects. Only critique in ingredients is it would have been cool to see F95 or maybe a thyroid simulator like in Iforce tt-33 to help aid in fat loss.

DOSING: (10/10) Easy.. 1 cap twice a day with food. I went a little different and dosed 2 caps pre workout and worked great for me.

EFFECTS: (9/10) Hands down a great product! I will attest the focus on this stuff is incredible, more so than most nootropics I have used. Within 20-30 min after taking it, the focus would slowly come on and stick around for awhile. Perfect for keeping on track when hitting the weights and cardio. Also, most always noticed a mood increase after dosing, probably due to the SAMe. Amazing focus + great mood? Already a winner in my book based on that. Only comparable focus product I can compare this to was the original Jack3d or even Craze.. I realize everyone is different but it was that effective for focus for me, I believe the other guy logging TheaTrim noticed the same thing too.

As far as a thermogenic, I was guaranteed to be drenched in sweat post workout. It gave me that thermo warm feeling and over this month I lost a total weight of about 6 pounds. Started that log at 225ish and I am sitting at 218 today. Also, waist measurement today was 33 inches and I started the log at 34 inches. Inch off the waist is pretty good in my book. Granted I increased my cardio but I do feel TheaTrim aided substantially in fat loss.

You notice more ab definition from last month and although the pic might not do justice on the waist, the measurements don't lie.

If your looking for a solid product that can give you awesome focus and energy, I really recommend checking out TheaTrim. It is affordable and I think you guys would be pleased with its effects not only on your workouts but also on your mood. Would I purchase this product with my own money? YES. Good job Purus on another solid product, final rating is 9/10 based on my personal results and expectations of the product.

Yeah you bet I have, pumps have been strong and full.. Also forgot how awesome the endurance is on noxygen too
