Choline Dosage Question

Guys - newb here with a question. I am looking for the max daily dosage of choline and have not found a reliable number. Currently I am running with Focus XT 2x/day but am wondering if I can also use choline b. on top of it as well. Seems to keep me focused well/better at work. Focus XT when I am hitting the books in the morning and night.

If anyone knows how much choline is in Focus, let me know.

I would not take more choline on top of that because 1) there's already a lot of choline bitartrate in a serving of Focus XT 2) too much choline actually will give the the opposite effect of focus and 3) too much choline bitartrate could be a long vacation in the bathroom.

I wouldn't run any more choline on top of that. 2x Scoop is more than enough
 
Yup, 2 scoops is more than enough.
