Holy cow. I just made this and it might be the next best thing since the wagon wheel. Trust me, make this one time at least, and try for yourself. This shake is 10x better than any smoothie king smoothie and mine is healthy to boot.
These ingredients can be adjusted/eyeballed for the most part. You really cant mess it up.
chocolate cheesecake shake
-3/4cup fat free cottage cheese
-1 tbsp natural PB
-2 tbsp sg/ff chocolate pudding mix
-1/3cup FF milk
-1 scoop chocolate slow release protein or isolate
-3 packets splenda
-1 whole egg
-ice(4-6cubes or so)
blend
When done, it will be extremely silky to drink....somewhat thick. I added a few dallops of SF cool whip to the top after i poured it in my glass.
stats: (i will have to double check all this to make sure) Regardless, i think it is a great bedtime shake.
50 grams protein
16 grams carbs
9 grams good fat
about 370 calories
