I went with 2 caps on empty pre, then worked my way up to 3 caps pre-workout. I was expecting more stomach distress than what I got, it really wasn't bad, but I do notice feeling hotter after taking, this feeling is much more pronounced on empty than with food.
this is only day 4 so I am not going to say I have experienced dramatic results, but I have been pushing myself harder with no significant increase in pain. I increased time on treadmill from 20 minutes to 30 minutes and went from doing unweighted deep knee bends to using 50lbs on bar for [SQUATS].
