I did IF when it was convenient. It is no longer convenient so now I eat 3-4x a day
I think it is pretty easy to follow although I struggle with my macros some since I am an IT nerd and am fairly dormant from 9-5. I eat 12 pm - 8 pm which is starting at lunch while at work and finish eating / shake by 8 pm. I workout at 6 p.m. so maybe do 2 a days for a few weeks to see if some fasted a.m. cardio will help me get to 12% or so? I am about 15-16% now at 172 lbs.
