Did a 5 minute warm up on the treadmill!!
 
Yeah the "creepy crawlies" or beta alanine tingles will never really go away, you will just simply grow more used to the feeling as time goes, and won't notice it if you're not paying attention because you've grown accustomed to it. The beta alanine really helps in recovery though. It kinda sucks it has that feeling because it truly is an awesome supplement for everyone and lots of people don't use it because of what you stated.

Thank you! I sure hope I do get used to it soon. Even though it does taste nasty and give me the "creepy crawlies" I definitely can tell a difference when working out.
