I'd imagine that only a doctor, upon close inspection, could determine if it is gyno or not. However,Napalm would certainly work WRT eliminating excess/stubborn adipose tissue, but if there is any glandular tissue present it would not address that.
As an AI,NovedeXT cannot worsen the situation so you may as well use the bottle that you have.It will help with cutting through strength retention while dieting and slightly improved nutrient partitioning so thre isn;t a reason *not* to run with it.I'd use it with Napalm and a deficit of at least 500 kcals per day.Neither of these supplements will permanently eliminate your estrogenic chest fat though but as long as your diet stays at maintainence and it is clean, the problem should not be a recurring issue after you successfully lean out your chest.
I have the same problem and I have had sucess with using doctored up topicals (old school Lipoderm-Y with M5-AA and usnic acid was effing magical) while dieting intensely but as soon as I eat at a surplus,I'm screwed.I don't see how cutting would get rid of your pseudogyno though, without some sort of topical fat loss agent.
Lowering one's b/f (assuming we're talking about soft tisue gyno/psudogyno and not hard tissue) will not work get rid of the problem, even temporarily. One would need a localized effect to get rid of the excess fat on the chest, this doesn't happen with "natural cutting".
