Energy levels low in the gym.
Cardio endurance is still ok though, doing hiit style for my first session on the stairmaster to try and burn up some glycogen stores.

199.8 lbs still this morning.
 
3 gallons water??

2.25 yesterday gonna try and bump it up!

But ever since we dropped the flavored bcaa it's harder to drink water haha it tasted soooo good before I could smash 3gal no problem

Starting xtract and dandelion root tomorrow 2x daily

All 7meals 6oz 99/1 turkey and asparagus

Dropping to 5oz when carbs are added Thursday and dropping post workout meal since I won't be working out, only cardio and posing

Coach wants to carb up Thursday and Friday. But every time I carb up I gain 4-6 lbs

Sweet or white potato my choice.
No rice or oats as its water content is high when cooking them. But I'd give anything for a huge bowl of oatmeal right now!


Ima rotate between sweet and white potato but peel the skin of all sweet potatoes and half of the white potatoes


Just bought "super colon cleanse" gonna take it tonight and tomorrow night to try and clear out anything from this very high protein diet

Wednesday 1.5 gal salt ok
Today 3/4 gal no salt
Friday 1/2 gal no salt
Saturday sips no salt except between shows

Diuretics:
Xtract 4 caps 2x daily
Dandelion root 1 cap 2x daily
 
Cut food intake by half of what we planned to try and keep weight down

And skipped a meal so far

I think I found the secret to success bros

It's a baconator from Wendy's!

Coach added a pancake to each of my first 2 meals this morning
4oz beef
6oz sweet or white potato
6asparagus
1 pancake


Looking a little tighter than last night and more vascular. Tan is darkening and can't wait to see what it looks like after the next coat!
 
Battled out in the novice
Got called out twice to pose down against another guy

I had him by legs and back but he had me at core and delts

So let's see what the judges want!

The open didn't go as well as I expected

They were looking for more mass upstairs so my legs didn't really win it like I thought they would.
Oh well!
Gonna enjoy this food and rest up

The guy who beat me in novice was the open overall winner

I had him in back legs glutes and taper but he hada tighter core and better arms

Time to grow these guns!
 
So after not much deliberating and directly after i got (in my opinion) screwed in my placing 4th i hastily told my coach we are gonna keep peeping and hit another show in 3 weeks and try and come in even tighter

Regardless of placing after this next show I will be going directly into pct and taking a break from competing and start a lean bulk or I guess a reverse/ post competition diet

So if you're interested stay around for a bit more noods and mood swings as I keep this rolling another 3 weeks

Haha bros I'm so bloated off pizza and water and Gatorade right now!
Kinda looking forward to jumping back on my diet tomorrow and throwing some weight around and putting these carbs to use
