Ya bro this is gonna be tough as eff... Might have to split it into 2 sessions on some days as I don't want to rush my lifting time. May do 500 cals in the AM or PM depending on work and then 250 post workout. If I have time I'll try and get it all done at once though!
BROS this 725 is gonna be the death of me! gonna have to split this up. finding time between clients and training and timing meals is tough. I remember when cardio was only 3-400 calories. those were the glory days haha did a half-arsed chest workout with calves then 525 calories of cardio. will do another 250 cals tonight after work.
Dono if I mentioned my complete changes for the next 2 weeks: Test p mast p 100 EOD Winny 75mg ed Clen 60mcg AM 20mcg at noon (found splitting it helps me not be irritable in the mornings) 100mg caffiene 6mg yohimbine 3x daily T3- 25mcg with morning Clen Arimidex upped to 0.5 ED Letro 2.5mg 2x week (Monday/Thursday) Letro will be increased during peak week to dry out. Mast p will go 100-150 ED in peak week Monday til Thursday Test p will go 50 ED Monday til Wednesday *****Since I may do a second show 3 weeks later I will resume back to this weeks drug regimine post first show.**** I may consider adding Superdrol 20mg ED for the second peak week if I don't come in hard enough the first time around.

Wish I had stairs at my gymGot a machine similar but it's not the same.
My last prep, all natty, there were no stairs just the little "stepper" great for calves! Along with treadmill bikes and striders. Did a lot of "road work" by jogging 25 min fasted in the morning (gym didn't open til I was already at work or I woulda done more stepper). 30min stepper post workout and 20min jog at night. Legs lost a lot of size. I feel like the stairs help maintain the leg mass more than other forms of cardio. Hate needing to go to the toilet halfway through cardio lol Hit 425 got a client cancellation so will get the last 300 now!
You've definately kept a lot of muscle this prep.
Guess that's a perk of the dark side! Last prep was natty and lost a good amount of muscle along with the fat but I also dieted a bit too fast last time!
Went to bed at 212 which is typical. However yesterday was a refeed so I expected to go to bed a few lbs heavier. Felt bloated, thought it was from the extra carbs and couldn't sleep a wink. Diarrhea all morning since 4am. Weighed in at 6am at 202.4 and had to run to the toilet again. Now 201.8 Gonna rest the rest of the day and try to eat normal meals if possible. And hit cardio at night. I'm thinking it's the tilapia, bought the frozen kind to save $$$, but it tasted more fishy and didn't feel great after eating it. Had it in 2 meals yesterday.

Ya very. I throw soy sauce on it just for added flavor. Still effed. 199.8 lbs !!! And that's after 1c lentil soup and 1 ramen noodles. This is one way to drop weight lol. Gotta put down a small banana on 2 toast and a kid sized Gatorade try to get the electrolytes up
This sickness may force me to have my first day off in a loooong time! I don't worry about sodium until it's time to cut and deplete.
How much better do you feel Clen does than just ECAY? I am planning my cut soon, which is going to be natural. Do you think that Clen would be a better option, or should I stick to ECAY since I won't be competing or anything?
Well I'm Not sure you'll be natural if on Clen or ECAY. Lol . As both are banned by numerous organizations.
If apetite suppression is a main concern maybe ECAY.
If you want to have an aid in maintaining muscle while cutting then Clen and yohimbine together may be better.

My 1gal mix:
15-20g of recoverPro by AI sports with 2g vit c and 3G taurine and 2g l-Carnitine
That's usually finished from 7am-2pm
Then I make another gallon to finish by the end of the day.
How is their lemon flavor? Would you recommend I do something similar come time for my cut if I plan to fast the first part of the morning? I know ECAY needs to be taken on an empty stomach and that's just easiest for me to do by fasting until around lunch time. Plus I hate being hungry in the evening and close to bed so I like to eat most of my food the second half of the day. Also, you're looking great and I have been following your log for a little bit just haven't posted. I'm not just here to steal information. Lol
Take whatever info you want bro! That's why I (and the rest) are here. None of us knows everything and are all willing to give advice! If you could do ECAY 3x daily that would be amazing but it depends on your sensitivity to stims. 6am, pre lunch, 5pm would be a good place. I wouldn't recommend after 5pm as it may keep you up. Taking the ECAY pre cardio and sipping on bcaa w/ Carnitine is fine. I try to avoid carbs for 30mins after any fat burners especially yohimbine products as they've been shown to blunt the Ys effects. I don't think you'll need 35-40g of bcaa a day! I'm dosing high to try and maintain muscle with all this cardio and calorie deficit. If you're getting adequate protein throughout the day then 10g 2x daily should be great for the bcaa. I add the vit c for health and antioxidant benefits I add the taurine to help with cramping L-Carnitine is just extra measure that I recently added to try and shuttle fats into the mitochondria to burn!
