Nothing direct or for site enhancement. Coach has be on a pretty basic 5x week bodybuilding split. 7-11reps if I reach 11 reps on 2 sets then increase weight by 5% A lot if basic compound movements. The extra pressing for chest is giving my elbow a hard time so I started up the cjc no dac/ghrp2 2x daily and ipamorelin before bed. It's starting to help a little. I usually workout the 6th day and touch up what I think needs extra. Typically rear delts/triceps/calves I'm not a huge fan of the program yet, but I'll stick to it! He obviously knows more than I do, so I'd be arrogant to say otherwise. I do add a movement here and there depending on how crowded the gym is or if I have extra time etc.
