Hoping to get to 198. 198 1/4 is heavyweight and I'm not trying to be the smallest heavyweight again!

I'm 5'11"
My future goal is to compete at 225.

Damn 198 you will surly look grainy!

It's all in my butt and legs.

I got veins and straitions in the upper body but my butt loses the fat so slowly!

I'm hoping to be down to 198 by February, but drier and harder at 198 in March.
 
Scale is trippin! Says I'm back to 223 this morning?

Typically I've been between 217-219 the last week and going down about .5lb every 3/4 days

Will buy a new one this weekend

But definitely not gonna have the mass for that this year!

Will try to compete in light heavy this year and then put on some mass from May-December 2015 to cut for another show around April next year. Hopefully 220-230lb mcshredded by then
 
Coach had a small refeed for me yesterday increasing 3 meals by 1/2 cup each.

Added 50cals of cardio over the 2 days after the refeed.

Refeed put me back up to 218.5, felt full after the workout from the extra carbs

Had a great shoulder/trap day today. Probably the best workout I've had in 2 weeks!

A buddy if mine came to workout and we smashed boulders.

There was a bikini pro with her partner lifting next to us and between the 4 of us there were no dumbbells left on the rack. Haha she said our little group of 4 were the " gym a$$holes of the day"

Legs tomorrow.

Sounds fun!! I hit shoulders this morning then I went back and hit arms. My brother came in town so it was on for arms, killed!!!! We get competitive big time and push each other. My mom worked out with us, she was tortured, love you mom!!!

If only I could get mom to go! She has a membership but has gone at most 3x in the last 6 weeks.

My mom is 65 and moves weight. She deadlifts, squats, and loves intervals. We push each other big time. She is a breast cancer survivor and she loves staying fit and strong.
 
Leg day this morning then went back to the gym after dinner to see my buddy stanley the stair master. I hate stanley. But I tolerated him for 525 calories tonight and hit some calves about 12 sets.

Sent coach some progress pics and decided to shave this time so he didn't have to look through the black Forrest !

Thickness is there bro and once the fat come off your waist will be much smaller. What's your coach saying about moves to widen you out? Also are you doing any weak muscles twice per week or any direct inject IGF

Nothing direct or for site enhancement.

Coach has be on a pretty basic 5x week bodybuilding split.
7-11reps if I reach 11 reps on 2 sets then increase weight by 5%
A lot if basic compound movements. The extra pressing for chest is giving my elbow a hard time so I started up the cjc no dac/ghrp2 2x daily and ipamorelin before bed. It's starting to help a little.

I usually workout the 6th day and touch up what I think needs extra. Typically rear delts/triceps/calves

I'm not a huge fan of the program yet, but I'll stick to it! He obviously knows more than I do, so I'd be arrogant to say otherwise.

I do add a movement here and there depending on how crowded the gym is or if I have extra time etc.

Is the 6th day supposed to be a rest recovery day or additional accessory work? Sounds like you need some more rest as well as a massage. Look up Jimmy Bluff in the LA area he is a miracle worker.

My he program is 5 on 2 off but typicall split

3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off.

On the 2 "off" days snd 3 "on" days I hit cardio.

Sometimes I hit a little extra on the "off day" before cardio. If I feel like something needs more attention.


My Monday tomorrow is off/cardio but I plan to hit 4x incline dbell bench and 3-4x inc dbell fly before hitting cardio. His program only has 1 incline movement on chest day and I've worked hard to build my upper chest so I'm not about to see it flatten out!

Well dubai was a hoot! Hope those gains been coming in even while getting that skin tight!

Hope you didn't spend too much $$ Dubai is an awesome vacation spot but burns a hole in the wallet quick!

I'm in my dads house in the marina. Spent a decent amount but sadly it was mostly on gifts and booze :(. I rarely go on a drink slumber but wen I do I go big.

I don't like this cycle while dieting/cutting business haha

Can't wait til July when I've had 3-4 months off and I'll hit a bulker

Npp kicker 100 eod weeks 1-4?


Anyway currently on:

Have you looked into muscle egg or similar companies? Def more expensive but way more convenient.

Agreed pick up some egg beaters or muscle egg. I'm sure Pete can get you a hook up on muscle egg product. He was eating good last night, his scallops were the size of my fist, and I don't have tiny hands...

Stop the deca 2 weeks before stopping test then pct, is the general consensus. so deca week 1-12

I think the EQ takes a really long time to show effects. its real gradual and mild. Its probably just being overshadowed by the deca and test.

That above cycle is for summer. Not current, just looking ahead haha I think most stop deca 2 weeks before test because they are using test e/c but sust has a longer ester than e/c in it's blend. So it takes an extra week to clear

The mast was just added 2 weeks ago
I think it's been 7 weeks total.. I'll have to check my calendar
 
Also the EQ was front loaded at 1000mg then run at 750 for 5 weeks and bloodwork showed no increase in rbc or hematocrit

No starving hunger either

Vascularity is slowly increasing but that's prob a combo of lowering bf and mast.

I'm currently on mast e so it's probably not at full force yet with it's longer ester.

Basically using it to build up blood levels then switch to mast p the last 6-8 weeks out when bf levels get down to single digits



Feeling very tired/hungry the last few days from the cardio and carb reduction.
Now I finally "feel" like I'm in prep.

Yes the cardio sucks every day I do it but when the cals were higher I didn't notice it as much. Now that the cals and carbs are lower it's kicking my butt!!

I'm sure it's hard to give control to someone with your body to have you dialed in. I'm sure the mast will tighten you up soon. This is your year coming up tonight at midnight!!!! Light heavy and overall champ!!!

Good choice

Cardio also helps speed up the process by which androgen receptors are freed up from the dead anabolic hormones. So they do recommend cardio off season and off cycle.
