No. They were running and ran into me. Being I walk with a cane and have multiple herniated discs, this could have potentially put me down for several days.

So true. Good thing I’ve been back in the gym. I’m a lot more solid these days. I can only imagine if I went down.

Went slow but was able to get good back and bicep workout. Trying to build past this kind of strain.

Had a couple of kids run into me at work. I had to take a couple of days off. Then we ran into the two busy weeks from the holidays. Down to 174 but lost some strength.

Had to take some time off due to work and hurting myself. I’m back at it. Picked up some MA clen and running a very low dose. So far so good. I think I have to accept that mid seventies s is where I will end up. I’m good if I can tighten up and put in a little mass. I find my chest is the main issue. Focus is needed.

What did you end up going with?

Basic black level belt. I found a cool one with Deadpool and Wolverine but thought I’d get something less expensive before. My other is a two prong American flag.

Trying to get some consistency back as work and my second job have been busy. Down to one seventy one ish and thinking this is where I need to stay. The goal will be to lean out a little more and try and increase some mass. The clen seems to help a little on keeping me satiated. I seem to not want to eat as much.

i feel that so much.
sometimes I need to reboot. I give myself grace and say you know... its back day. I'm going to do the stuff, I might run at 50% weight and just get 3 sets in on my normal routine, but I'm going to do it even if its light. What usually happens is I end up going hard once I get there and walk away a better man because of it. But many times I have forced myself to walk into the gym by telling myself I'd go easy today, and then walked out with a PR.

Two workout down. Doing better and increasing weights. Working on adding in some more lifts to keep it changing. Diet has been off due to schedule. Once I get that under control again, I should be good.

Getting after it, looks like some nice sessions!

I try. Sometimes it’s good and sometimes it’s not. Consistency in showing up is the most important thing.

Not the best workout. Tris gave out super fast. Got a good chest workout. Now I have to work the legs. Clen is working fairly well. Thinking CJC next.
 
it seems like you are getting some decent volume in though through diversity in movements-

Agreed. I am looking for some new equipment. Today I got a good leg workout in.

Steady at [emoji[emoji6]] and leaning out. Back and bis today. Getting some stronger lifts and some new lifts in. Still week on the pecs but trying to include some shark pushups in the daily. The more I push the more I’m hoping will change. Sore as hell today. Makes walking harder.

Went down to have a light workout. That didn’t pan out so hit it harder. Some good increases in weights and reps. I’m increasing size and leaning out a little. I am trying to avoid the scale as it gets in the way.

It amazing how you can go into the gym tired and still crush a workout. Wasn’t really feeling energized but last day of vaca and then back to my weird schedule so wanted to crush back. I did. Great workout and some really good lifts.

Lifts. Got the flu show yesterday so a little run down today. Keep pushing forward. I did decide in CJC/Ipa for my next run. Have the order in and awaiting it.

Not the best chest day but did my best. Even got in some cardio. Lost energy half way through. Still kicking though. Had some good seafood as we celebrated Valentine’s Day early. I’m working.

What was the fat loss like?
 
Just started week two of CJC and so far so goods maintaining 172#. Workout are good and made it through the busy holiday week without injury.
 
Today was a rough one at work. I did a quick ab workout with some cardio. Tried to get as much in as possible. Tomorrow is legs and shoulders so should be a great workout.
 
Didn’t have much in the tank after a rough weekend at work. (Put a knife into my hand, had to deal with a possible pedo and a group fight last night). Hit some cardio and abs so at least got something in.

Tried pure protein pancake mix. Mixed with a good protein they came out pretty good. Better than with flour or bisquick.

So far not seeing much but just started the third week. Waiting for them to get more to order another two.

So MA was out of the CJC so I opted for the Tesmorelin. I have access to the pharm compounded but the cost is redic. I didn't see much from recovery, but the leaning aspect seems pretty good so far. I still have about 3 weeks of CJC left. I think Smont just posted methyl blue info so I may add that in depending on how he does.

Last workout was pretty good. Increased weights and reps. This week is another stressful one with our grand reopening and vip event coming. At least it’s over soon.

Hit chest and tris really quick with some cardio this morning. Unfortunately got called in for a meeting this afternoon and had appointments this morning.

Good news is Mutant should hit the boards soon.

A great few workouts. Hit back and bis today. Picking up a 90 degree leg press tomorrow. Can’t wait. A better way to hit legs.

Nice little AB and leg day. Wanted to hit them twice this week since my knees have been bad. This is the first time I got a chance to really focus on them. Tonight I get my new used leg press. Worth the $100 bucks.
