So here’s the deal. I fell at work in 2020 and destroyed my neck, back, left shoulder and right knee. I’ve had 8 procedures and surgeries, including having my rotator cuff redone and my bicep reattached. I’ve also severely damaged disc in my neck and low back. The doctor said working out was no longer in the cards for me. To say the least I’m a poor listener. I’m back and trying to get back to where I was and better.

I know accountability is one of the biggest things. I’m hoping keeping my log on here will help to motivate me more.

So far I’m keeping supplements minimal. Here is part of my workout from today.

Best wishes. I am sorry for what you have been through.

Appreciate you brotha. I came to the feeling it is what it is. I’ve done more than the doctors thought I would. For 3.5 years my left arm wouldn’t go past 50 degrees. Slowly I’m getting it further. I know this community and I’m sure it will keep me motivated.

Good to see you back around! Sounds like quite the journey man, we will do are best to help keep motivation up!

Keep up the good fight. Every forum has some who just troll, but this one still has those who feel a sense of community

Agreed

Wow man, crazy stuff. Glad to see you back around here. Just don't go too ham too early in the swing of things. Just do it with an eye towards longevity in this given all of the surgeries.

Here is todays workout. Wasn’t feeling to well but made it through with some increased weights.

Note: This was the reason I disappeared a few years ago. Wasn’t able to lift so I kept trying other activities to try and find something that made me feel as good. I didn’t so I figured pain happens anyway. Why not use to my advantage.

Today was an extra workout. I did some light legs and cardio. With my knees not being to good, I’m sure this will make walking fun in the morning. I still have to use a cane daily so at least that helps. I picked up some protein snacks from supp hunt so that will help with the diet.

Just a small chest workout since I have work. I am slowly moving up with the weights. I’m hoping to be able to press at least what I did before the first surgery. 325 just be fore shoulder surgery. Currently 95 for sets.

Took the wife out for breakfast.

Dude that's my favorite vacation/road trip breakfast right there. I think I have like 20 years of tradition for certain trips, gotta hit the diner for a great omelete, with tobasco, and a crappy cup of coffee. Maybe even Irish if I'm feeling cheeky

Sadly the day of old diners is disappearing. Best food though.

My last two workout. Started to incorporate some more leg work. I’m hitting squats and deadlifts even though light weight. It’s rough and the days after some pain.

Trying to figure out some extra supps. Was thinking about some PH possibly. Steering towards natural anabolics. Any ideas help?

Right now I'm throwing down Anabolic XT, M-Test, and Alpha One. Enjoying them very much.

Earlier this year did a Epiandrolean run with IF ultra epi, have run xpg epiandro, and this summer did a 2 month run on Gear Cream.

Nice. I’ve run pretty much everything from
Iconic, iron legion with good results. Epiandro for some reason makes my jaw ache. I was considering a 1-ad run or looking at the naturals you have above.

From the natty side I've run so many things from @sns8778
I've stacked

M-Test
anabolic XT
anabolic effect
phosphatidic acid xt
optimize t
xpg alpha gel (on it now)
xpg carnitine (just finished a bottle, loved )

and I can't even think of what else but I'm shocked at the response from M Test. it's causing my voice to be an octive lower, which is sorta cool. The Alpha One is gnarly. feels great, gym energy is high and the pumps are ridiculous. XPG Carnitine was similar. the Alpha One, Carnitine, and Phosphatidic Acid XT have all been fun.

The anabolic effect and anbolic XT have been great on strength cycles, and also for preserving strength on a cut.

XPG Epiandro I found to be the easiest TD on the skin, no dryness or irritation. If I were to get XPG Epiandro again, I would probably still stack it with epiandrolean or some oral epiandro for a higher dose.

Thank you. I’ll look into all of these

Only comment would be that since you're just getting back into it, I'd lean towards telling you to do natty stacks at first. You may inclined to push a little too hard with exogenous androgens - which ultimately could cause an injury/setback if not careful. But you know your body best!

Plus so many new things in this category to try!

Kind of the way I was thinking. I’m already pushing it further than I should. I’m doing slow and steady gains in strength.

The list I posted above are all products I use repeatedly and like. As far as the next level stuff like epiandro, etc. biggest things I think I have noticed is increased recovery. I do carry a little extra fatigue with those products but it feels like that fatigue you get from growing like a weed at age 15 or 16. like teenage boy fatigue. I get into the gym, aggression is high, recovery is high, and I'm able to do it again the next day. I haven't notied any of the PED flavor of supplements giving me substantial strength gains. Most of my PRs the past few years have been natty products like I listed above. What I have seen from the non-natty side is like I said, increased recovery, increased lean mass, and I think a little more help in the fat burning (possibly due to higher recovery, higher output, and carrying more lean mass).

Now yesterday was another squat PR for me, I'm one week off gear cream but I'm back on anabolic XT which has been in my system for many PRs so IDK... there's a trend there.

Here was today’s workout. Only had 4 hours sleep so a little shot.

I have included Quercitine into my supps. Supposed to be a light YK11 style nystatin reducer.

Today was a day off with the family. Took the day to rest. Left knee got pretty bad and right hip. Hoping a few days off will help.

Yesterday was shoulders and legs. Got some new weights in and now some higher weight squats. I keep moving slowly up which is good.

Shoulder hurt today. Most likely over worked from the last workout. I was able to use some heavier weights today.

I keep looking at which direction I want to go in. I just ordered some protein and a few other items. This should help keep diet on point.

Got in a good chest workout, but screwed up my shoulder a little. Did a low impact AB and cardio today. Got some meal prep done. Started on 100mg of dhea to see how that works out.

Pay attention to those shoulders boss, i i royally screwed mine up. Not fun and it definitely ruins my chest day more then it ruins shoulders for some reason lol.

Yeah. The wife has been up my butt about taking it easy. I’m out the next few days due to work so at least it will get a small break. I did hit a new high on bench. Nothing like I used to but it’s a small victory.
