Tuesday:Obliques + Back
Wednesday:Legs + Neck
Thursday:Abs + Arms
Friday:Obliques + Shoulders + Traps
Sat: off
Sun: off
10 mins Cardio before each workout
15 mins Cardio after each workout

Protien
DCP
